I cannot express enough thanks to the team that gave exceptional care to me before, during and after the birth of our daughter. From the volunteer at check-in, to the last nurse that walked us out to our car. The doctors were also wonderful and my husband and I cannot be more thankful for the care we received.

The nurses and doctors went above and beyond during my entire procedure and stay. I had Elena for pre op and she kept me from being anxious the entire time I was getting ready and kept cracking jokes and got me laughing right before my surgery. All the nurses, doctors and staff went above and beyond with my care for my entire stay and it made staying in the hospital a relaxing expierence. I would highly recommend to family and friends!
Fantastic experience from start to finish for my hernia surgery. Everyone I came in contact with, from Security at the entrance to the gentleman that wheeled me to my ride home, was professional and courteous. A tip of the hat to all involved. I was kept informed about everything they were doing and why. The staff seemed joyous, while at the same time professional. I felt at ease. I just wish I had been able to follow their conversations! I liked the laid back atmosphere. It was calming and added normalcy to my experience. It did not take away from their professionalism. Maybe it s because I used to work in the medical field. Kudos!
Unfortunately I visited this hospital twice in 5 months
I can't say enough about the care I received. Every employee from the cleaning crew to the Drs was over the top
I had 5 different nurses and each of them took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I was ready to check myself out until one of the nurses explained how severe my infection was and what would probably happened if I left on my terms
If I need another hospital stay I know were I'm going. I never realized that the nurses truly run the hospitals

Delivered my daughter here and had an amazing experience. All the on call care nurses were very nice and extremely helpful. I am so glad I chose this hospital over Winnie palmer. Even my husband was blown away about how easy everything was and how attentive the employees are.
The staff are excellent and provide exceptional care. From the minute you enter the facility, all the employees give you their sole attention and strove to make you feel comfortable. If one doesn't know they answer, they will quickly put you in touch with someone who does. The facility is state of the art and beautifully clean. I highly recommend South Lake Hospital.
South Lake Endoscopy Center. This was a wonderful experience. The staff and facility was great. They treated me like family with competent , professional and efficient. I thank all the staff and physicians!
Absolutely zero stars. It is my belief that this hospitals lack of care and concern for their patients was the result of mother's death. This hospital did nothing to try to help save her life nor did they care for her when she was in the hospital. Nurses and Doctors came into her room rarely (if ever) and only to tell her she wasn't going to make it. I received countless phone calls from my mom informing me of them dooming her to death and not helping her when she needed them. **UPDATE- after this hospital asked me to message my contact information over to further discuss, I did ASAP, and I still have not heard back from them. Do NOT be fooled by their display of concern, I promise they have none.
Worse delivery experience with nurse Leah. This should be my most happiest moments of giving birth to my son. I felt everything but joy. Nurses and doctors there are unhappy and unwilling to answer questions. I had to hold my baby in because the nurse would not allow me to fully deliver without the doctor being present. The nurse had me push enough for the baby to be almost out and had me hold him back in and wait while the doctor arrived late. The nurses there had my boyfriend do everything because they would not assist with anything considering they are getting paid. Im thankful for having my boyfriend there taking care of me cause he to realized they were hardly there and unwilling to help me with anything. I ve never seen something like that. I asked to be discharged early as I did not want to spend another night in that miserable room. This has been the worse delivery experience I ve had compared to my other two. I would not recommend services to anyone.
We've been in the area since 2014 and out of all our visits, we've only had two good experiences and both were life and death. Latest time I took my son in for a fever and throwing up and we were waiting for over two hours in the waiting room. I asked how much longer and they informed me that there's an 8 hour wait, and blamed the pandemic. I would of believed that if this was the first/only time there was a long wait. However we've encounter waits like this before. The entire ED is slow in general before the pandemic even started. I would not recommend this hospital. Avoid if you can.
