Made an appointment and drove a total of three hours. Website and sales phone call did not have accurate description when I ask specifically about the truck before I came. New sales guy was nice, but wasnt in the mood with textbook sales techniques then dealing with inaccurate information. Gave my 2018 truck, with 22k miles, a BB "fair" rating when nothing wrong with it. Yes it needed detailed but that's it. The stereotypical car lot experience. Was trading from a silverado to a ram, this lot makes me double think that choice.

I live over 100 miles from there so I had to come there in the evening. I expected them to be in a hurry to get me in and out of there but they weren't. They took their time with me answering my questions and letting me drive the car. It took awhile with the financing so I expected the salesman Tyler to leave but he didn't. I am very impressed with their professional attitude. That includes service after the sale. Tyler met me there on his day off to help me with one of the features of the smart system. If any of my friends or family ever want a car I will send them there.

10 plus the gentleman who waited on me was very professional in his line of work.He was very pleasant man and answered all my questions very well. This is the first dealership that people where into there job . I will tell everyone to go to this dealership because it is the only one I have ever been to thst cared about there costumers. I just want to thank I believe his name is Jason if I ain't mistaken. All they have to do is look my name up and they can see who waited on me. I was very pleased with him.

Erik Newton went above and beyond in his handling of my recent
visit. He made it very easy for me through the entire 6 week adventure.
He did virtually everything. He kept me posted on every aspect of the
extensive work on my Jeep. Erik and crew at South County Dodge ROCK.
I highly recommend.

I have been looking for a car for about 3 months n...

I have been looking for a car for about 3 months now. It s been a very long and hard project. After going through numerous sales men and different dealerships that were all very rude and tricky. I found south county dodge and let me say they were the most friendly and attentive dealership I went too. My sales men Mike Hurbs didn t play any games that most all dealerships do. I did end up buying a car from him! He calls me back and makes sure I m taken care of and answers any and all questions. Thank you for being so helpful and kind! I would recommend Mike for anyone looking for a new car! Thank you again! I absolutely love my new car!

I Was Very Satisfied with the Service I Received when i arrived I had a appointment and the wait wasn't long at All.My vehicle was pulled in right away and serviced and the wait was Not very long and All the workers that I encounter Were Very Nice and Friendly! I can honestly say I had a fantastic experience with this dealership. This is the dealership I bought my van from but I haven't taken my van there since then for any type of service. I have a local mechanic I use. The issue I had this time couldn't be done by my mechanic because the part that was needed was back ordered. I decided to call the dealership to see if they would have better luck getting one. I talked to Brian and he said they actually had the part in stock. Brian was very professional and knew exactly what I needed to have done (I was having something else taken care of while it was there). At one point I spoke with Kathy (almost positive that is her name) and she was very friendly and easy to talk to also. If this dealership was closer to me I would use them all the time for service. Well, and cheaper in parts and labor (it's no secret a dealership is more than a mom and pop mechanic shop).

Eric Throckmorton was great to work with. While at first I was a little put off by their unwillingness to negotiate the price, I now understand that we are in a seller s market and they have to pay up to get inventory. There were some hiccups in the purchase of our Jeep Cherokee largely related to our purchasing from 350 miles away. Eric stood with us and South County took care of the issues without any trouble a real testament to their integrity when it would have been easy to downplay our concerns from that far away. We wholeheartedly endorse South County to any potential purchaser new or used for their excellent customer service.
