Have to increase from one to four stars because Coast reached-out to me and sent a tech to, hopefully, solve our problems. We still need to see if the "fixes" work long term which is the reason it is 4 stars and not 5, however, the internet is working well now. Very pleased with this service now. Note - when calling Coast with a problem, if option 1 gives no joy try option 3 :)
Called to have service installed, spoke to someone on the phone who told me the building hasn't had service in over 7 years and they need to check the line and that someone would come out and check to see if we can have service or not. They next day I called to see when a technician would be coming out then we were told none was needed and that we are able to have service. So I asked when our service can be installed and the person says "let me write a note to the person who is helping you" and I replied "you are the person helping me". The person on the phone kept hesitating to give me a date/time to have service turned on. After a few minutes of going in circles I ask "may I please have a specific time/date for scheduling service?". And once again the person replies, "I'm writing a note for the person who was helping you, putting these in the notes". After getting tired of the runaround I hang up and called CenturyLink who helped me immediately, scheduled a technician appointment, and had lower better and faster rates. Go elsewhere, Coast doesn't want your business.
Just moved to Ocean Shores with my family, a bunch of gamers and was concerned we would not get the experience we had in Puyallup. Coast communications came through exceptionally well. Jarrad was very fast and courteous, and had us up in no time. Great going to all involved in getting us up and running. Special thanks to Jarrad who worked extremely hard to get us what we need. Five stars....

Lost service called for the helped desk for assistance. It was determined the signal was to weak and a technician would need to come out. They sent a technician the same day. Jarrod was extremely thorough diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the issue. He was also very friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing.
I had to move up here and while it was not under the best circumstances. Getting the internet i needed was as easy as it could be. The ladies who helped me were awesome when i explained the hardships i was going through. Love them forever for remembering my grandma. You want personalized service. This company is what you need
I have had good service for the most part but there was a power outage in the early hours today and power came back on about 7:00 am. Thank God because there is snow on the ground.
It is now 9:30 am and no internet. Would you not think that they would have backup generators? Or maybe a plan when the power goes out as to what to do when it comes back on? I think you just need to boot some servers and/or switches Respectfully that is pretty shabby service with respect to this issue. This is supposed to be a technology company.
This place gives better Connection than xfinity or comcast
