Completely unprofessional agent refused to provide name or credentials then hung up on me. Worked with my Apartment Complex, Dolphin Marina.

I feel that this is a very necessary service that is being handled as professionally as possible and with as little bias. They support endeavors to minimize pollution and punish those who overreach their boundries. All in all, a great service provider.

horrible customer service. the lady who answer the phone on billing services is just plain rude. i guess they don't care at all a simple cuestion which was about the bill of different places they send me by mistake in the same envelop, they just care to charge you money.

Visiting the Hydrogen fuel pumps.
Amazing process and back story. AQMD has 4 Hydrogen vehicles running right now, 2 Mercedes and 2 Kia Sedonas.
The fuel is at 5000+ psi when pumped and is cooled at same time.
This station is the first in CA that has been approved to retail and is sold by weight.

Held a permit for the char-broiler for over 20 years. Got reemed with a late fee of 50% because I forgot to pay the char-broiler fee, so I can run a char-broiler. LOL
I pay 177.00 a year and that makes it ok to polute the air with steak fumes. 50% late fee come-on people. Really???

Delivered the elevator equipment there. Construction crew was pretty cool

Hey Jennifer from asbestos hotline I m still waiting for your boss to call me back since yestersay 3:30pm! I don t know if you re just naturally rude but you re really unprofessional your job is to help people not get upset when being asked about a status, stop saying you ll get back to me and that you ll have someone call. We are calling because we need help , and want to be updated with our situation, you re a hotline for a reason.

On top of keeping our air clean, they also have lots of electric car chargers and bathrooms in the front lobby (open 24/7!)

Came here for a Diamond Bar All Star meeting and the rooms are crazy small. We all had to jam in for the meeting.

AQMD is a great office they allow free meeting rooms for public meetings .Free solar charging, incentives to purchase electric vehicles one person I know got $10,000.00 amazing.

Very informative, neighbors burn illegal fires all week.

They let me use their quick chargers and it's the cheapest quick charging on my route home (charged by the kW and no separate charge for the session). And it's always available. Although it is on the Blink network and sometimes one of them has issues (took off a star for that).

Great facilities. These people are one of the world leaders in protecting the environment.

Class I was attending was held in the Auditorium. Excellent tech set up, seating and acoustics. Nice modern facility.

Air quality is the second most pressing environmental issue worldwide. This is a crucial regulatory entity responsible for a tremendous community service by regulating emissions and guarding the air we breathe. I am proud to live in California where the environment is so well protected by laws and regulations.
