Worst customer service tried to order a pizza the lady whomever answered the phone was so rude blowing in the phone like I was aggravating her when I'm trying to give my address by spelling it out because she couldn't spell and asking for my total I'll drive to another the next time!!

Street view is not of pizza hut..its cayce farmers market...you programers should do your job and fix that

I am still waiting for the GM to contact me regarding my kids illness and reimbursement in regards to last week complaints. I will call everyday to keep records to attempt to get in touch with their GM. My kids suffered and my hard earned. money wasted. I am NOT happy about this. I called on 5/31/2018 around 730 or 740. I placed my order and I told the young lady on the phone that I go on my break at 8pm so I will b there to pick it up at 8:05pm... I got there a Lil after 8:05 and she asked if I had a call in order... I said yes. Gave her my name and she told me it was 15 min.. I was very upset because I only get 30 min for my break and I didn't have time to go no where else to eat... So I went back to work hungry!!!!! I was very upset ...

Never order pizza from them again me and my wife order pizza from them for our kids they got the whole order wrong and it take them an hour to get out there with the wrong order I call and talk with Jacob the same night he said it wasn't his u fault and cuss me I call the next morning and talk to the store manager and she was rude as hell as I spent 30 dollor on food that I didn't eat that Pizza hut is trash I going to be order from Papa john for no on

New pricing model is better quality at the price than any other national pizza place

We got wings this time and was shorted a couple! Didn't care too much for them. They were too spicy for my taste! And the cheesy bread was overcooked so all the cheese ran out into the container it was in and we had to pull what cheese we could wrestle out of the bottom of the box to eat with the dry bread! Sticking to their !

Excellent service! The man who answered the phone spoke clearly and took my order quickly. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door. The staff were friendly and helpful and even brought my order out to my car!

It's hard to find a good Pizza Hut in 2016, but this one is pretty good especially if you're specific about what you want! It's hard for me to complain, because this location tastes WAY better than other Pizza Huts in town. I do usually stick to one thing, which is PAN crust & it has been great each time!

Although it states curbside delivery there is no such thing. You can park by the curb and get out and pick it up.

Don't go there save your money. I ordered a pepperoni pizza first I got a cheese pizza and then after waiting for it to be remade i was giving another cheese pizza with raw uncooked pepperoni on it and was told I'm never satisfied from the manager. So I asked for my money back and was told no refunds check the receipt and she walked away. I'll be called their corporate office and their day manager.

I have never been treated so bad as a customer by a manager . I will never order from there again.....

Food was hot and delicious and prepared the way I ordered it in a reasonable amount of time. This location has the best staff around, Kara and Bree were very friendly and made sure everything was right with my order

The pizza from this location used to be (ok) but the pizza I ordered last week tasted so terrible, we couldn't eat it. I will not go back to this location again.

This is absolute by far the WORST location I ve been to. Last night I ordered food online. None of my food that i ordered was fresh. Pizza was not fresh & crust was flaky, pasta was old, breadsticks was hard. So i had to go back to the store and and wait another 20 to 30 mins for fresh food. The young woman that was working the front was very helpful that s about the only positive thing I will say.

I was given the wrong pizza which I should have kept considering it was hotter than the replacement they gave me.

Got to be the worst Pizza Hut on the east coast of the United States. Delivery was almost 2 hours late and this place is less than 10 minutes from my house. The pizza was hard and disgusting and the "dry rub" wiings were soggy. I can get better tasting stuff out of a vending machine for significantly less money. This location should be SHUTDOWN.

Had a mistake and they were happy to replace. That's what you hope for. Great value, good pie.

Worst pizza ever order was not what I ordered and Manager would not take food back or replace order would not give refund just basically hung up on me

Never get my husband's extra extra pep pizza right, inside looks filthy, i.e. counters, floors and windows. Long wait times on delivery sometime an hour and a half.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Called to place a delivery order for a medium pizza. Called back to give them my cellphone number to reach me at when they arrived. When I called back they told me they couldn't deliver it because I didn't meet the delivery minimum so I asked to add some breadsticks but they said they would have to cancel my other order and ring up a new one. Well this wasn't an option because I only had $30 bucks in my account and $15 was now gone because they failed to mention when I originally placed my order the delivery minimum. So they refused to deliver my first order and refunded me and now I won't get that refund for a few days. Here I am out of state at orientation for a new job with nothing to eat and the little bit of money I did have is inaccessible for a few days thanks to their mistakes. I have never been so mad in my life and now I'm going to starve because of these retards. Thanks Pizza Hut and your horrible manager. I will also be contacting corporate and I will never ever eat at Pizza Hut again, ever. If their food is as horrible as their customer service I actually would rather starve.

used to work here. tricia the main manager is disgusting and smokes in the back and shows favoritism. other manager hired her daughter who is completely rude. trashy. not clean. AC doesn t even work. cooks don t wear gloves. drivers are always on drugs.

Waited for 20min. They made both pizzas incorrect and then rushed remaking them and both are undercooked.

If i could give know stars i would the managers here are rude and could care less about their customers the shift manager jabco has the wrost attitude and the store manage as well our food arrived late and was the wrong items

Pizza Hut has gone down hill in the past few years. This location in particular. It's usually understaffed when I go there. I ask for extra sauce when I do my online order and there's barely any on it at all. I recently tried the boneless wings and was severely disappointed. It was an order of 8 wings which were each smaller than a McDonald's chicken nugget. The taste was ok but for what they charge it's not worth it. I have done online surveys for Pizza Hut but nothing seems to get done about it. If this review gets nowhere then they will be loosing my business.

Ordered a big meal box which came out to be $30.24, gave the driver a dollar tip which he literally begged for me to give a tip, checked my account he added 5 extra dollars on his tip. I will be to Pizza Hut in the morning

We always carry out but we've been getting great pizza here for years & years.

Today I ordered medium half veggies, half olives, the charge was $14.##. when it was brought to me there were 3 slices of veggies, 2 slices of cheese only a 3 slices of olives. I am so disappointed, I really did like this store prior to the last two times. I don't plan to go back until the get a cook who cares about preparing the pizza properly.

The pizza toppings were not correct. The bottom of the Hershey cookie was burnt , making it only partially edible. I will definitely use a different Pizza Hut next time.

The worst experience I ever had . Ordered my food at 6:15 got it at 8:25 told the lady I would need change for a 10$ driver showed up no change had to run and get some . He gets back he didn't bring all my food talked to the person on the phone at the store they already new he didn't bring all my food. This is now 8:39 they said I would get it within 30 min . I call back at 9:39 I'm told it's on its way call back 10:30 it's on its way and guess what 10:55 it's still not here mind you I already paid for it .. no food and they have my money. . There thiefs plain and simple . You have no business running a business. . This is a load of crap you thieving lier's !!!!!

Every single order within the last year and a half is always missing something. If it's not my soda then it's missing a entire tray of pasta when I ordered 2. If it's not that then it's missing my bread sticks. If it's not that then it's missing the sauce I paid extra for. I've paid extra for cheesy bread before and they gave me bread sticks. I'm extremely sick and tired of this and this is the only pizza place that delivers near me!!!!

Best pizza anywhere breadsticks and a two liter drink .you have a family meal and doesn't cost you a huge amount

After two remakes still no right lam done with this pizza hut young kids don't care.sorry some of them don't care just want a check just want to play and that all l saw the manager toke my order and couldn't remember what was on my pizza so he made it without sauce really

Was here in SC for Basketball games, ordered 6 pizzas for the kids and they were all delivered burnt. The manager was the worst to deal with. Would not replace or refund the mo why. This was the worst experience that I have had with a Pizza Hut in 43 years.
The wait was 63 minutes to get the pizza and then, it was not worth eating. Will never give them any other business and doesn t recommend this store!

Y all really need to work on your policies... the food smell horrible and turned my stomach and the only way I would be able to get reimbursed is if I get something else because you guys don t do refunds or credits.. so basically I forced to get food right then and there even though I lost my appetite because the way the food smelled.. I bought the food back asked if it was anything they can do for another time still nothing.. this is not the way you run a business got to do better and have better policies if you want customers to eat there.. end up leaving left the food out of money..

I have been buying Pizza Hut pizzas a long time. Tonight I bought my usual. A large thin and crispy pepperoni and cheese pizza. This is the 1st time ever getting a pizza without any tomato sauce on it. If they can not hire and train people to make a pizza, maybe they need to close this store.

I placed an online order for four pizzas, all with different toppings and crusts, pretty difficult order, and received four gorgeous pizzas with everything correct and piping hot!!! The app was so easy to use and the timing was accurate to the minute!!! Hats off to the crew at this location and the delivery driver also! My definite go-to for great pizza, at a great price, right on time!!!

No way should I received the pizza ordered. It should've been a refund or free coupon. The burnt pizza really looked like it was a unpicked up order that sat in the heating box all day then reheated in the microwave.

This place ia a joke. I live less than 2 mile from here and I cannot get them to deluver me a pizza. They either twll me uts going to be 2-3 hours (no matter when i call). Or once i get past the ridiculously long recording they simply don't wven answer the phone. I call another pizza hut to complain, because clearly theres nobody to complain to at this one and all tjey could say was sorry. I cant imagone why this chain is closing more stores than the competition is opening.

Manager was rude when all I did is ask them if they delivered to where I was at 4 miles from them said no we don't loudly and sarcastically and hung up. I won't spend my money here ever again. Management is the worst I've ever encountered. Ordered from paparonis 7 miles From them and they brought my pizza with no problem and were as nice as they possibly could be. Paparonis it will be from now on.

I don't know why they changed the ovens up to make the pizzas look barely cooked.
