Wouldn't let me hold my girlfriend's stuff while in the lobby. Psychiatrist also has no idea how todo his job.

This is a horrible facility with the most unprofessional persons at the entrance. They are not employed by the county and are not properly vetted or trained to deal with clients who have mental health issues. Their behavior triggers them and the people who work upstairs or wherever they may be don t care. It s better to go to the nearest animal shelter because you will be treated like a dog when you get there and even dogs deserve better than this. Completely unacceptable. Avoid.

For the most part the staff is friendly and helpful if you are kind in turn. Parking is a nightmare, so arrive early you might have to park in the neighborhood across the street from the facility. Remember this is a Mental Health facility and they need to be cautious about their safety. Yes, there is a metal detector ..... if you dont want to empty out the contents of your purse, for the world to see, then lock it in your trunk or bring a smaller purse. They will make you dump out everything. Overall I am content where I am but not ecstatic.

This place is horrible they are all over the place and always rushed. Won't complete paperwork for school or other services. I agree they don't appear to care.

I went to this place with my mind made up of how I'd one day give up attending my monthly visits. Now, I'm thankful for the time and effort they have put into helping shape my life.

First: Dr. Young cares and listens like a psychologist should.

Fail: Dr. Mathew Fabarty was asking me about my living situation and them kept asking me what "Health Services" I was using, I said oh you mean GYM, and he kept asking me till I told him which brand then asked me what location at which point I replied: what does that have to do with anything? Man felt creepy like he wanted to find me there. He was so persistent I walked out of the appointment and will never go back again.

Customer services are not fast and security ther are rude as hot as hell and their condition dont work, for someone who has anxiety here is so bad, they also take long to call you for your appointment , always crowded like people dont have a life after apointments, the ammenties there are all exhausted so if i need housing , food, or transportation this is not the place for help my opinion. And they dont call you like they are supposed to for when your next appointment is coming. I've missed 2 appointments because of that. I am very disappointed. This ain't what it used to be. It changed for the worse.

They are too rushed. They don't actually listen to your needs, they are too concerned about what they think you need. Hate this place.

I love the fast prompt service. As long as you have everything in order organized questions in hand all your needs will be met. After 3 years of taking my aunt to her monthly appointments it is finally a smooth in & out thank you very much appointment. I make sure I email lmsgs fax everything prior to appointments. Dr. Baig is Awesome!!
