Employees were nice but it took 4hr and 4min to load 8 pallets, 4 barrels each.

The line starts out in the road and moves slowly. I had to get loadded at 2 different docks. Sucks, take a different load if you can. Total cluster.

Racist! If you are black or white the workers, ALL HISPANIC, will tear up your by treating you and your property like crap.

I do security in this place and I want to say that all the people I have experienced here I've been nothing but amazing

Appointment was at 8 am
Check in at 6:49 am at guard shack was told to drive all around the back.. checked in with shipper got a Door
No issues.

They take a long time loading and sometimes the line goes out to the street. If u are going there, u better be around 6am or earlier otherwise it might take at least half a day. On the positive note costumer service is really good. The office personal is really friendly. Vanesa rocks, she's the sweetest of all.

I had a broker load here. Arrived at 1040 for a noon appt time, I was gone by the 1300. I had to wait for the forklift driver to finish lunch and then the office people to get back from lunch.
