It was a good experience with souce one.the pay was on time and support was very appreciable.

Source One is the best place for freshers to kick start their career in the corporate world. The moral and professional support by the team here is really amazing. I recently joined this company and am enjoying everyday of my work. Am thankful to Mr.Supreet, Ms.Pooja & Ms.Nikitha for their wonderful support, coordination and gesture.

Very bad experience. They call you saying so and so opening in a well known company and they take your details and later nothing will happen.No requirements nothing just for name sake they schedule interview and playing with candidates.

Worst SAP Training institute. Dont ever join. No placements at all. While joining they will tell we have huge openings for SAP. Later no response from them.

Myself worked in HCL for an year through Source One.

1. Source, one the best firm for MNC staffing.
2. On time salary. On or before 4th of every month
3. Quick response for queries and clarifications on processes.

It is a very good company. I am working with sourceone from last 5 months with their client location. Management are very helpful & friendly, patiently solve all my queries over calls and mails. Always get salary and payslips on time. So i recommend it if you want to start your carrier with a good mnc company.

Sourceone is a good Indian top staffing company provides best learning and career building flatform for girls in HR and recruitment positions . To encourage woman employment they provide work from home option .

I have worked in source one for one and half years. HR and other administrative official are very kind and helpful, also they response very quickly. I have got their help when ever I need without any delay. Only disappointed thing I have faced is there is no proper salary hike. Overall good experience.

Simply wasting time.. Their is no vacancies available.but simply taking interviews just for time pass .. Pple don't believe n go to ds...simply wasting d day n ur precious tym also.

The best company to work in India. I am deployed at client place at Noida location. I am working in CMM Level 5 company. I am here its all due to of Kaushal Sir. He helped me at every stage till I joined the company. He is very helpful and always respond my call when I had any doubt. He explained me every thing about C2H, initially i was very hesitate to join as a TP resource, but Kaushal Sir explained me everything and gave assurance. I have been working full-time more than a year. Good company to work and management is very friendly.

Incapable of redeployment. They don't even pay on time. Especially if you do not work anymore with their clients they'll delay you fnf beyond contract and give you false promises. They avoid your emails instead of following up with you on the process. They have the worst talent management. They aren't even apologetic about anything. They will test your patience to the max and only act upon your settlement if they see that you know your rights and might approach the labour court. Otherwise they'll screw around with you without flinching. None of them seems to be qualified enough to be in to Human Resources. Professionalism is zero.

As a contract vendor, the company is very supportive.
Salary released on time i.e., on 5th of every month without any delay.
