They don't have yard dogs here so they expect you to move around a bunch of their trailers. They also tell your company it's only 1 trailer then ask you to move multiple trailers and that your company authorized it. I called my company and caught them in their lie. I'll be refusing any loads to or from here from now on.
Former employee of 2 months. Where to begin...pay is horrible they say you get a work week of mon-thur which is not true. They are Seriously behind in providing product to their customers so you work Monday thru Friday indefinitely and your supposed to get off at 4:30 but you never know what time you will actually get off. They work you hard and then blame the employees when mistakes are made...They hire through a temp agency called Excel but are currently trying to push them out and hire on their own without being honest with the temp agency. You get pay raises only if your lead decides to show you more skills and if your not a minority they discriminate against you. And as for Excel they will still tell you that your work week is Monday thru Thursday knowing that the company is working Monday through Friday indefinitely and unknown what time you will actually get off each day. Also they say you will get $50 Visa card after 1 month and a $100 gift card after 2 months. The $50 gift card is less than $30 and after 2 months I never saw the $100 gift card.
