IS REALLY HORRIBLE COMPANY !! the worst company I do not understand why it's still working, they pay 11 hours, 3 weeks later, only cash, you need to take the time cheap, and wait 2 hour for your payment Bernadette and Sophie always steal hours, beware !! better run from them, discount an hour of break, do not pay overtime, ha! they want you to do hours of service and it is by law to pay for it they NEVER pay for the service, this is ilegal!!! In our state, she need pay for services, do not give you gloves I have an infection on my hands thanks to this! and I'm going to contact lawyers, someone should pay my cots or my patient's family or they are a irresponsible company !! do not apply there! also if office is a disaster always smells bad, everything is messy is a company of people who are not ordered! This place has to be closed and soon! it's a danger ! I have other home attended working overtime 4 week and they never pay.!!!
Sophie's Healthcare services is the most unprofessional, unreliable,irresponsible, uncaring agency I have ever dealt with. I was told they were providing services for my husband starting June 13, 2015. I had to call every day they were supposed to send an aide. Each time there was an excuse as to why my aide wasn't at my home. Until last Sunday when no aide showed up and no one answered the phone at the office all day. I called on Monday and never got a straight answer as to what happened. I was told that a new aide was assigned and would definitely be there on Saturday, July 4th. 15 minutes after aide was due I called and was told they were no longer taking the hours they contracted for leaving me without assistance for another weekend. Out of 4 weekends that they were supposed to provide coverage, 8 days total, I had coverage for 1 almost full day and 2 half days. Stay away from this agency!
