They are so accommodating and laid back, I let my guard down that I'm even in a jewelry shop with so many beautiful things I'm tempted to buy. They don't pressure me at all and are there just to facilitate my looking at beautiful rings, bracelets necklaces and more.

I purchased an engagement ring from Sophie's last month after having been referred by my cousin. Walking in, I had never purchased an expensive piece of jewelry and knew nothing about diamonds. Sophie and Sasha went out of their way to educate me on the 4 C's (cut, color, clarity, carat) and never pressured me into making a purchase. I had a wonderful overall experience and my fiance could not be any happier with her ring.
