Not very helpful and the operators always give you attitude

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all of the technology options and made recommendations, but did not pressure me to buy, which is appreciated. He did a great job installing all of the equipment

There are many devices to connect to your panel such as: glass break detectors, door and window alarm points, motion detectors (also called passive infrared or PIR), high and low temp detectors for boilers, freezers and refrigerators as well as your home furnace and air conditioner. There also detectors for humidity and chemicals such as chlorine etc. They also have an app for your phone so you came remote arm and disarm system as well as receive notifications from your alarm system. The staff is amazing. The receptionist is named Asia and was the most helpful person I've dealt with in regards to customer service. Dealing with the salespeople was easy and they made everything very easy to understand.
In regards to Central Station.... the operators that handle the alarms are for the most the part very understanding of accidents and while they are quick to respond to an alarm the can also see that sometimes it is an user that I inadvertently triggered there own alarm. Kayla and the 2 Gabriel's have been the most helpful to me since I have been using their service.
