As a customer, I recently had an average experience with the company. The website design was clean and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the necessary information about the company's services and contact details. However, the overall presentation and content of the website could be improved. It lacked engaging visuals and compelling testimonials from satisfied customers.
When I called the Somerville fire department, the staff was polite and professional. They provided me with the required information promptly, but I felt that their knowledge could have been more extensive. It would have been beneficial if they offered additional resources or guidance to address my concerns.
