Units are falling apart, the fencing is falling down, the water leaks into apartments, the wood on the building is rotting, there is a bed bug issue, along with cockraches, drugs, and many other issues. When contacting them, or their management company over seeing the property itself, it's over-looked. All you have too do is drive to Linden street and look at the condition of the place. They don't care
