I have been coming here for the last five years, I hate to write this negative comments but I have no choice. This clinic is a disaster, their staff are very unfriendly and uneducated, to see a doctor and making doctor s appointments is a nightmare. Almost 6 months ago I had a telephone appointment, I waited all day but no one called me. Dr Sohail Davodian has no time for his patients, he will not spend even 5 minutes with his patients and then leave. He will just refer to his own pharmacy to get prescription drugs. They don t care about the patients and their needs, they just want to make money. I highly recommend avoiding this clinic.
They do not treat my grandpa well, they never call him back and they hang up on him. They have also failed to tell him when they rescheduled his appointment he was waiting outside the door for hours.
I was impressed with this spa from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by the friendly staff and offered water as I filled out my paperwork. The front room is spacious and relaxing.
After I finished the paperwork, Nancy led me to the laser room and we discussed the details of my back hair removal. She was clear and accurate about the procedure, informing me of what I should expect.
She then prepped me for the laser treatment and was joined by Dr. Julieta Moran for the procedure. Both the Dr. and technician were patient and gentle, making the process as pleasant as possible. The equipment was state of the art, quelling any fears from hair removal horror stories I might have had.
The whole procedure took less than 45 minutes, prep included. The Dr. gave me clear instructions on how to treat my back and how much hair loss to expect.
The results so far have been better than expected - 50-60% reduction in just one session.
I'm actually looking forward to my next laser session.
I would highly recommend this Med Spa. They are professional and go overboard to make their patients comfortable.
If I could leave a zero star review I would. Revoke their medical licenses, and please for the love of all things that are good, do not waste your time here. The staff are extremely rude, and the doctor is very creepy, smells, and gives off that weird relative vibe.
