We have come to the conclusion if you are a small retailer and not part of a large dealer group you just will not get the level of service that is promised. We have encountered numerous issues and all we get is lip service and no action. We currently have over 10 issues outstanding that still have not been resolved and the list goes on and on.
We have also been on their digital retailing platform for almost 10 months now and have asked numerous time how we can track our digital leads but no reply as of yet.. We have also recently discovered that consumers coming to our website cannot even use this feature or leave a deposit. It just keeps getting worse and worse.
