Ordered Windage Wooden Swing Set on December 9, 2015. As of January 29, 2016 I have received only partial order. I have called every week trying to find out when I will receive the rest of the swing set. This was to be a Christmas gift for my grandson. Every time I call it get told the same story that it is do to be shipped. I would not deal with this company. Customer service is of no help as of this date I still do not know when or if I will receive the rest of the swing set. Very Poor!!
I purchased a Cedar Summit (owned by Solowave) play set from Costco and I had a problem with a part almost a year after installing the set. I contacted Solowave and within half an hour of having all the information they needed they had processed my claim and were getting replacement parts out to me at no cost. That's great customer service! And my kids love the play set too :)
I would rate it 0 stars if i could!! Literally the worst experience with a company I have ever had. First it was missing hardware,(so my son was not able to have a complete swing set when he woke up Christmas morning) I called the company they said they would not send the missing hardware unless I did a full inventory of every nut and bolt as well as all lumber and additional parts. I responded that this was a very strange and absurd request as an inventory check should have been done on there part and in an effort to rectify the situation they should just send all of the hardware as to ensure there is no error and what could hardware possibly cost. After some back and forth and numerous times on hold they finally agree. After about an additional week the hardware arrives. As I try to complete installation I find that now there's missing lumber. I call the company who assures me that they are sending the lumber and it will arrive in 3 days because the expedited it for my inconvenience. 5 days passes, no missing lumber. I call the company again who informs me that nothing was sent because they were under the impression that I was now returning the swing set (which I never stated I was, I asked that if I was unhappy what is the return policy). Not to mention the installation process was a nightmare as most of the parts are a very difficult fit especially the slide, the quality is sub-par and you must use you own hardware from a store as some of the bolts are not long enough to make connections due to pieces not fitting together correctly. Absolute headache all around. I would not recommend this brand or the company at all!!
