The level of service I've received from Solotel (on more than one event) has been far superior to any other venue so far. Their sales executives and events managers were very communicative and proactive, as well as reactive (for example, when an important part of our group were 1.5 hours late, they not only made sure we rearranged our run of events, but also managed to make me feel like it was no problem at all!). True professionals. You will be well looked after.

would not recommend this place! Andrea Rohleder is incompetent at her job, she has no clue what she's doing. Not sure why she's in that position. She says she is gonna get back to you and NEVER does. There s a thing called common courtesy which she lacks it. Please do a favour and downgrade her job, I only say this because I care she's giving you a bad look for your company. Dont keep promises if you can t keep them it s really really bad. She comes off as nice but she s actually fake and thinks You don t deserve a copy and paste template email its not that hard? People take their time commute prepare and she has no care in the world. If this happened to her she would be fuming I'm not going back for her. Good luck!

Great venues that sydney would be boring without but really nasty management.

The payrol manager thinks its cute to be nasty to people and acts as if shes proud of it and will be really condescending when you make enquiries about pay.

I did a 10 hour trial shift which was told would be paid as soon as I submitted the form and submitted all my details when I was supposed to before cut off and straight after my shift but was then told i wouldnt be paid for two weeks and upon explaining I was struggling due to lack of work after the virus and needed it asap and asked why it couldnt be paid when it was submitted on time from myself and explained ive worked in payrol so knew they could do it was told by one of the ladies in payrol well it was only a trial anyway
Had them twist my words and then say and if you ve worked in payrol as you say, you d understand (i have worked in payrol so thats why i dont understand why it couldnt be pushed through when I submitted it before the cut off) and had her say i ve told you on four ocassions now and laughed at me when I asked her to not be so patronising. She claims people are rude but I was being polite and it was herself taking advantage of that and being really catty and condescending on the phone - she feels she has an entitled right that its ok when its her.

I hung up on her after how rude she was and tried to speak to someone else and Had her laughing at me with other employees in the office saying we know its you jacqueline when the call was answered.

apalling experience and they treat their employees as if you are just a number and think they re better then everyone.
