This is a professional and betty 6 competent company! They do exactly what they say and du it in record time! I couldn't be any happier with a construction company. My job was an insurance claim and there were bumps on the road for them to get their money, but there patient and understanding. Of you find yourself in the horrible position of needing the foundation of your home repaired these are your guys!

Jimbo came by and gave an assessment of a concern I had for my foundation. Luckily it wasn t a major issue, he was very informative and professional with his knowledge. Very good company and I highly recommend going to them first

My hundred year old home was all kinds of unlevel when I purchased it - termite damage, a poorly designed addition, etc. Solid Foundations provided me with an affordable quote for a day's work and a specified amount of material. Jason and his team followed the design plan for sistering beams and putting in new jacks but the floors were still unlevel by the end of the first day (my floors were a special kind of messed up.) They were super understanding that it wasn't up to par and came back and worked on it tirelessly until it was where it needed to be. They didn't try to tell me it was the best they could - instead they adjusted until we were all happy. The team was professional, on-time, polite, cleaned-up when the job was done and went above and beyond. I had four other quotes for the project but I'm so happy I went with Solid Foundations!

Excellent company: three gentlemen reported to do the job on time; worked non-stop until the job was done; rectified the walls cracks and cleaned the area thoroughly.

Update: 6/2020 a year later the cracks on the wall have completely stopped. Great work.

What an awesome family owned and operated company this is... They're not out to "sell you" for commission like those other big franchise "Jack" guys... Their prices were much less expensive than other so called "alphas" in the business but there warranties and quality of work are still top notch...

Within 5 minutes of filling out their online request, A friendly, knowledgeable & honest representative from their company was calling my phone and answers all my questions.

He was out at my house within a day and had me a quote that beat the other 2 companies I received quote from... After hiring solid foundations, they were able to get my home scheduled within a week and complete my foundation work in 2 days.

I couldn't be more happy with the work & I'm so very glad I found them and saved thousands!! I definitely recommend giving them a call and at least get a quote before you sign with those "Alpha" "Jack"

Solid Foundations did a superb job lifting our massive 100 year old historic house that had settled more than 3 inches in the middle and back. They took their time with a difficult job and crawl space and provided a comprehensive solution through lifting jacks and stabilizing piers. Randall and his crew were the best, courteous, hard working and smart!

Our 71 year old cottage-size house had a crumbled foundation and needed a lift. The salesperson came out to see our job on 9/15/20. His quote arrived promptly within 5 hours of his visit. We signed the contract and paid 20% down 9/22/20.
This job was in the double digits. Big money for us. We were told who the project manager was and that he would call us within 1-3 business days. We were told that our project would begin on 10/14/20. My husband and the project manager had spoken about the job over the phone a couple of times and we prepared the area as we were told to do.
Late again, the project manager called my husband and finally admitted that he was about two weeks behind and the best he could do was start the job on Saturday, 10/24/20. I appreciated his honesty but must admit, we were a little frustrated at this point.
Quality Control is only as good as we, as consumers, demand. Luckily for us, we reached out to the owner of the company. Clearly there was a communication issue with management and the crew. The owner (Rick) was receptive to our concerns and he explained ways that he has made some significant changes so there is more communication with the managers and the crew.
The job was done to our satisfaction and our house is level. The crew did amazing work.
This is a perfect example of taking it to the top when you are not satisfied. Rick was very interested in our frustration and cared about how we were treated and we feel his managers and crew will be better for the lessons learned from this job.

I interviewed eight (8) stabilization companies and your company stood out as genuinely concerned about doing an outstanding job. Solid Foundations was responsive without being pushy. All of my questions and concerns were thoughtfully and knowledgeably addressed. The whole sinkhole process was extremely distressing and from the first contact it felt like we were finally able to hand the reigns of the project over and felt immediate relief that Solid Foundations was the very best choice for us and our beautiful home. I interviewed several foundation companies. Solid Foundations stood out the most. I'm very happy with the work they did. The guys were professional and cleaned up after themselves, I can't even tell they were here. I've recommended them to several friends.
