Solcius Review

The salesman was clear although it was an intimidating conversation. I felt really good about going solar. The project took a very long time, I was not made aware it would be such a long time.
The installation was wonderful. It was a very cold day and the crew did a great job.
All through the process people were very nice and knowledgeable.
Now that it's finally up and running, I'm glad. It took from April 2020 until September 2021 and that's unfortunate in my opinion

My experience with the Solcius installers has been very good. they have been on time and have left everything neat when they are done. They have
been pleasant to have around and have answered any questions I had. They said my panels passed inspection, but no one has said when I will be connected to the line and producing solar power. Customer Service has promised to help supply the signatures and invoices I need to get my tax credit (the state is rather picky, the Feds, not so much), but I haven't seen them yet. The salesman said solar would increase the value of my home. the insurance company agrees, but at least the panels are now insured. The finance company is something else. First they said they would not approve my loan, then they said they would. Now they are saying NO again because they can't find my credit history. The panels are up. I hope they find it soon.

I can t say enough good things about Solcius and everyone we have worked with. 5 star costumer service! Everyone from sales, to project management, and the members on the installation team; have been incredibly friendly, professional, timely, and truly have made us a priority and taken care of us. Better than working with family. I will recommend Solcius to anyone interested in solar for their homes. They have all the right people on their team and will not only do a great job but create a great experience.

I m in the middle of an installation nightmare. Wrong panels were brought out and then attempted to install not once but twice. After waiting several weeks the correct panels and inverter have been installed. The electrical panel needs upgraded and you would think that work would be completed before the solar installation. Nope. We have to wait another month.

I couldn t even get dates from Solcius on the electrical work/panel upgrade. Instead, I had to call SCE and was given the disconnect date with no issues. I then had to call and schedule county inspection because no one from Solcius had done it. I have zero faith the panel disconnect and reconnect will go off without issues at this point. Meanwhile I m still paying for electric with new panels just sitting on my roof for another month or two at the least. Maybe we will have a permission to operate before the end of the year? At this point I m highly skeptical do to the lack of communication.

The only reason Solcius gets two stars is because the installation crews have been polite and great to work with.

From presentation to point sale to installation all went so smoothly and i really appreciated that this transaction closed hassle free.
I highly recommend this company to others and I am sure its worth your time and money invested.

There were a few communication challenges but overall Solcius did a great job and everything is working perfectly. My husband and and I would recommend them for your solar power.

I was very happy with the instillation but the inspector part is very upsetting. My son took off work today to be at the house for the whole thing. We were told the inspector said he would be at the house by 1 p.m. He calls around 2 p.m. to let me know he won't make it until tomorrow sometime between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. making it to where my son has to take another day off work. Don't appreciate being treated like our schedule isn't important.

Solcius replaced my roof and set up a solar array. The roof is outstanding as is the array. For both projects I was kept informed of status. The contractors arrived when they said they would, completed the work in a single day, and cleaned up very well. The new roof saved me money on homeowners insurance and the array saves on my electric bill. The entire job went smooth and as a critic I couldn t find a single negative in the experience. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you to Solcius and to Austin who hooked me up. You guys rock!

Customer service and Solar installation is awesome. However the sizing of the system is a different thing. Sales rep vs Solcius has a disconnect when it comes to system sizing and power offset planning.
