Solar Energy World is the company to use when upgrading to Solar. I spoke with four different companies during my process of getting get solar for my home. Solar energy world had by far the best presentation and answered any and all questions I had. Jay even made time to give me a second call when I thought of more questions regarding the solar. Jay provided everything that would happen during the process and each team member ensured I understood where I was in the process and provided the next step during installation, inspection, and finally powering on! Everyone I interacted with treated me like I was a member of their Solar family. If you want a stress free and process of adding solar to your home they are the team to use. Bottom line they Do Not care about customers

Why else would i call 2 times a week for months and still to this day not ONCE contacted by the company to treat me like a Human Being

I spent two years researching and learning solar and one year researching and interviewing (yes, interviewing) solar installers. After reading an eye watering number of reviews and speaking with people that had solar installed on their homes I went with Solar Energy World. Their professionalism, customer obsession and after install support all have concluded in a buying experience that I feel at ease recommending to anyone looking to add solar energy panels to their home.

Solar Energy World worked with all my particular desires and at each step of the way suggested ideas to maximize performance while reducing the system cost. What an awesome experience! I thought about getting solar many times over the past few years. I was recommended to Jay and Solar Energy World by a friend. These guys are incredible, they worked with me to make sure my wife was happy and addressed all of our concerns. The customer service is top notch, they responded quickly and addressed any issues that came up promptly.

I had estimates for solar power in 2015 and in 2019. Prices have gone down 38% since 2015. Solar Energy World (SEW) had the best quotes for both years . I am glad I waited because of the lower cost and higher quality of materials. My install included ground mount and roof mounted solar panels. Everyone from SEW was professional and patient with all my questions. Our Solar Analyst, Jamie was great. I took pictures and followed every step of the installation. It took 4 guys and 4 days to install my system. Their work and material quality was top notch. The roof panels are all black, blend in and look clean with no exposed conduit. The ground mounts look strong, beautiful and clean. I actually considered installing these panels myself. With the lower cost and 30% tax credit, it was not worth it. I like that SOE is local and has a great reputation. I have and would recommend Solar Energy World for your future solar panel installation.

Update 2/21/20
I sent a technical question out to SEW yesterday. I was looking into upgrading some hardware to optimize solar production. Again I was impressed with their complete and accurate explanation. Within a few hours Tom sent me 2 detailed emails with custom analysis reports and Jamie sent me an article that addressed my plan. SEW could have made more money if they went with my plan, but they showed me that it would have been counter to solar production. Last night I sent them an email expressing my appreciation. Surprisingly I received a response from Tom and Geoff (CEO) after hours. These guys know what they are doing, they are high quality throughout and they take the time to listen to their customers. Thanks SEW!

Sharon and I were very pleased at the service before and after the installation of our solar panels. Paul was informative, knowledgeable and addressed our concerns with the product and process from start to finish and beyond. The installation process was professional and impressive. The best part is clean energy. NOT ONE PENNY OUT OF POCKET, NOT ONE PENNY. Now we save every day.

I usually over analyze everything, Jeff was knowledgeable about his product, understood what i wanted and helped educate me, so i understood how everything worked. He provided the tech manuals so i could understand all the interconnections, and provided me quotes on what i wanted, not what he wanted to sell. He also stayed in the process throughout the installation and helped out when they ran into some installation issues since this was a new model and this was the first install. He didn't ask for the final payment until everything was to my satisfaction. And he gave me some great drone pics of the finished installation

We were very happy with our experience with Solar Energy World. They were supportive and professional throughout. The installation went smoothly and the whole project came in on budget and on time.

Paul Wicks was super helpful in explaining the numbers behind going solar as well as walking me through every step in the process from the initial quote, to installation, through to turning the system on officially. Together we were able to calculate the total number of panels I would need to power my house and agree to a price that made it affordable. I would recommend him to anyone that owns their house, plans on being there for 15+ years, and wants to save money long term on their electricity bill.
