Softwareseni is a good place to improve yourself. There are many trainings and challenges to improve our skills and knowledge! Especially, Softwareseni has English classes for all staff and the materials are related to our job. I love it!

I also like the culture, the people, and the environment. I feel comfortable to work with friendly, caring, and young people.

In addition, when the government warned about COVID-19, SoftwareSeni took quick actions to carry out WFH policies. Even before COVID-19 spread in Indonesia, SoftwareSeni had already given the N95 masks to all staff and provided hand-sanitizers in every corner at the office.

This company is very concerned about the health and the work-life balance of the employees. I feel grateful to be able to work at SoftwareSeni.

Well, currently this place is my workplace, the building itself is quite old so the architecture are rather unique from Netherland government back in 40's.

The building used to be a clothing store for Dagadu Jogja before they moved to Gedong Kuning area now.

I've worked at Softwareseni for a year as a JavaScript Developer, and I am so grateful I was hired. This culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about our career and where you want to go.

As soon as COVID-19 was getting serious in Indonesia, Softwareseni was one of the first companies to implement a mandatory work-from-home policy. Our health and safety came first, and I felt so lucky our company had the opportunity to make that decision. Since the WFH policy, our management team has been INCREDIBLE with transparency, being here for us, and communicating to us more than I've ever seen. This company truly values its employees. They provide professional and personal development. They do truly believe in their mission statement, which is so impactful. I feel valued, heard, and my work means something when I am at Softwareseni.

I'm a Quality Assurance Manager in SoftwareSeni.
I joined this company in March 2020.
SoftwareSeni is a medium-sized company with currently 131 employees and still growing. The location is easy to find, I don't think anyone will ever get lost or having difficulty to find the office on their first day.
SoftwareSeni has a lot of activities and perks for our hobbies such as ping pong, video games, futsal etc. Every employee facilitated with complete working peripherals including the internet that sufficient enough for the WFH. We even have non-working activities during work hours to have some fun and keep in touch with everyone during work from home.
We also have routine English classes based on our level. I had several softskill and technical skill training just in a few months right after joining the company and even technical training can be fun here.
People who work in SoftwareSeni are mostly young, smart, talented, well-mannered, and have decent-to-good work ethics. The thing that impressed me the most is the working culture. The people I'm working on a daily basis (QAs, Developers, PMs, HRs, Trainers, top management and many more) are open-minded, keep improving, keep learning. Learning from mistakes is not a punishment here.
SoftwareSeni gives its employee enough room to improve and the appreciation that I think made us eager to give our best for the company, for the job and for ourselves.
Since I joined the company, I learned a lot of things yet still have many things to catch up with. It's fun and challenging in its own way.

I'm a QA in Software Seni. I find my office environment to be warm and friendly. During this pandemic, most of us work in WFH setting, but the fun continues. We have online non-work activities, and the company even gives subsidy for comfortable setup to support WFH. What helps me the most is that I feel the people are very welcoming. I also get the chance to directly communicate with overseas clients and that helps me a lot in improving my communication skills.

Had internship here for around 1 month. Never realized if it was amazing software company that deals with many foreign clients. The staffs(developer, QA, officer, etc) are very profesional, humble and have strong togetherness. Learn a bunch of things here.
