Soft Tub

Poor quality and customer service experience. Not recommended.

🤔 I recently purchased a hot tub from Soft Tub and overall, my experience was average. While the website was user-friendly and informative, the customer service could have been better. The delivery of the tub took longer than expected, and there was a lack of communication regarding the delays. However, once the tub arrived, the quality was decent and it was easy to set up. The pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to other brands, but the tub itself has been functioning well so far. I appreciate the durability and portability of the tub, but considering the average customer service and higher price point, I would recommend exploring other options before making a decision. 🤷‍♀️
