We had a little complaint at the beginning. After addressing it at the reception, the whole team, from the manager to the concierge, really did their best until the checkout to make sure that we could leave with a good impression. And they definitely succeeded. There's no unfulfilled wish. We'll definitely come back to Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach.
Good hotel, clean excellent bathroom. Great views of JBR and super convenient location. Spa facilities at the Sofitel Palm are amazing.

Friday Mediterranean branch is a special event with all the best of Cote d Azur delicious frogs, snails, oysters, mussels of all kinds.
Beautiful room with balcony. The stuff is friendly. There is a beautiful infini pool. The buffet is large and various. There is a small shop in the hotel, the possibility to do some spa treatments and on Friday a huge brunch. This is a place is not intimate , it is an international place where there are many people moving around.
Excellent service ,staff are friendly and attentive and the buffet is adjusted to meet Covid 19 regulations and guidelines. .
Le grand brunch quality and varieties such as sea food on ice , frogs, snails, lobsters , oysters, foie Gras, mussels and cheese are outstanding , desserts section is speechless .Sea food lovers this is paradise! Highly recommended and definitely will visit again .
The hotel is excellent amd in a great position on JBR. The rooms are clean spacious and.we had a newly refurbished one on the 23rd floor which had the most comfortable bed.
There.was a lack of any full length mirror and no plugs near the mirrors by the door. Clearly a designed by a man who has no need to dry his hair or look in the mirror whilst getting ready. This design needs to be looked at from a woman's perspective as it is lacking the basic needs of a dressing room. A poor hairdryer and no mirrors.
We opted for half board. Tempted by the website and choice of restaurants. This was very disappointing. None of the restaurants.staff knew what was going on or what was included and when.
We visited the buffet on one day and was told it was chargeable due to a Brunch day so we were directed to the plantation restaurant. The food here was good, not excellent just good for a 5*.
The next day we were told only the buffet was available and we were not allowed at another restaurant. The buffet was limited and not that great. Due to.covid you could not help yourself and it made it difficult to choose or see.what you desired. I like to have a few things from a buffet and this was not an option.
After paying for half board we decided it was nicer to eat out and choose what we wanted. The staff in the plantation restaurant were grumpy and serving you seemed like a pain to them, even when you were paying full price.
Don't opt for half board it's not worth it.
I booked and hour massage in the spa. This was again good but very expensive.
Overall an OK experience but only.due to the low price. If we had paid full price I would not be happy.
Special place for an amazing iftar, like always , since couple of years already , from quality of food , presentation and certainly one of the best.
Awesome hotel. Everything is perfect, the food is delicious, service is great. Very clean rooms after housekeeper Puskar taking care of it with his lovely towel animals every day making our mood. Thanks to the whole personnel.
