Both doctors in this practise are great. Their knowledge of any problem is phenomenal. I have been to many doctors to diagnose a problem but at Sobell, they were able to diagnose correctly and help me in containing the problem. Highly recommend!
Doctors are good, specially Aerthi Sinha. However, receptionist are quite rude and not respectful. Would be appreciated a better opening times like Saturdays or one day at 7am, so people that works in offices have more possibilities of finding an appointment outside working hours. Vaccinations are not for free.
Ever since the administrator Darren Allen joined this practice about 3 years ago, there has been a significant improvement in service. Darren has been exceptional in making sure my repeat prescriptions are always on time, and most importantly being available when I call, which used to be a problem previously. The doctors are also great and have been able to provide me with the medical attention required even during the pandemic. I am grateful for the team and Darren's continuing excellence!
Incompetent practice and staff. I had to chase a prescription for 4 days. They didn't communicate with me about its whereabouts and I had to be chasing it myself, as I was going on holiday and needed it urgently.
On one occasion, the doctor couldn't even diagnose me when I had eczema and refused to let me see a dermatologist until I had to bring my mother-in-law and demand to be referred.
They have no customer service. I was born in this country, but care for people has been dragged into the mud. Ridiculous!
Very poor service make me waiting for 1h I came at 5pm I passed at 6.45pm ridicule even passed kid's and ladies before me
