Snuffer's Review

First timers at Snuffers. I for one am not a fan of seat yourself restaurants only because it seems like it takes forever to be helped. I ordered a sangria swirl margarita it tasted like an alcoholic slushie. Also had the strawberry lemonade. Both weren t drinks I d order again. The Texas style nachos were really good! If I had room I would ve gotten a large instead of a small size.
The burger had a poppy seed bun which I don t feel matched with the toppings of the burger. I feel like a sourdough bun would have paired wonderfully with that burger also the meat wasn t juicy it was a little dry. The bottom of the burger bun was soggy after all the toppings had set it seems as though they had toasted the top burger bun and some melted cheese would ve been nice on there as well. For the buffalo chicken sandwich I would ve loved to see whole lettuce instead of shredded lettuce. I do wish that the cheddar fries would have come already made up she asked if we wanted everything. We said yes but everything came separated so we had to dress the fries up ourselves the fries were so hard and the cheese wasn t melted all that great, I didn t eat much of those. Our server was good.

Took my 17 year old grandson as he had never been. As always the food was beyond great. The server was good but not awesome. When he misheard one drink selection, tried to say we said something we did not... even IF we were wrong.. what happened to customer is always right? After giving us our food, never said "how is it"... We wanted desert, he said 'just a sec' and left Didn't see him for awhile... said there wasn't a desert menu so he verbally said what the 3 items were,. Came by after a very long time and said something about the machine not working or something... I think he forgot our order. Put our empty glasses on the table edge so he would know we would like a refill and still had to ask for one...had .to ask for our check. We got there at 11:15 AM. They were somewhat busy but not overly so.

Snuffer s cheese fries NEVER fail to satisfy! It s our permanent family go-to hamburger joint!

Food was great, service was even better. The cheddar fries are the best!

I was optimistic given how they claim to have "legendary" burgers. Their burgers have a distinct boot leather flavor and texture. Very unpleasant. Will not be eating here again. It's amazing it's reviewed as highly as it is. Disappointing. Sad.

So food was good as usual and Courtney and Luis were awesome. But come on what's with the masks? I think we are past the whole pandemic thing now and it would be great to see peoples faces again. If people are worried/at risk and haven't "protected" themselves with a vaccine that's on them. I'm just concerned about these fine people in service industry feeling like "second class" citizens castigated to wearing masks as we chomp away maskless. Them having to shout to be heard as many of us myself included are a bit hard of hearing from a bit to much target practice among other things. It would be nice if Snuffers would free their staff's shackles and remove the mask. Ty

For those that may not know, snuffers offers a fantastic array of tasty eats. Tuesday nites they offer an outstanding burger for 5$. Great atmosphere and top notch staff. We sit on the patio where brett always takes care of us. Quality!

Snuffers has been one of my favorite spots long before you could review a place! The quality of the food has remained consistent throughout the years! You can tell they love their customers by maintaining a great atmosphere and food standards! The staff is always friendly and very polite! Now they have check-in rewards...like the cherry on top of an already awesome place! If you haven't tried them then you must not like great food!

The margaritas are good but not delicious, The staff was very polite and helpful. Sitting at the bar window open fresh breeze. I thought o was in LA for a moment!!

The food and drinks were great. The bartender, Camryn, was very attentive and friendly.

However, I can't give them 5 stars, as they deserve, because of a situation that arose with a manager by the name of Olivia. I had gone to the restroom and left my phone there. I realized it as soon as I got back to the bar. I went to go get it and my phone was gone. I asked the workers and no one had turned it in. I have an iPhone and an apple watch. I pinged my phone from my watch and it starts going off in the restaurant. I narrow the sound down to a woman, who turned out to be Olivia, back in the server's prep area. I asked, "Is that an iPhone going off in your pocket?" She looks at me blankly than reaches in her pocket, hands me my phone and says, "It was left in the restroom."

I can't say for 100% certainty that she planned on keeping my phone; however, why did she not mention she had it when I asked if a phone had been turned in and secondly, most companies have a procedure of putting lost phones/items in a safe... not the manager's pocket! Sadly, sometime between leaving it in the restroom and it ending up in Olivia's pocket the ringer was turned to silent. I truly believe had I not been able to ping my phone from my watch I would have never seen it again.
