Been trying to pay my mortgage online for the last 2 days. Site is down and phone answers as a busy signal, don't know if they are still in business. Up till now, they have always been easy to deal with. Now it's just very frustrating.

Extremely professional and caring people. It's crazy when I get excited about something new with my home that I want to call Kati my asset manager. She works so well with me and is so caring and up front with me. I have cried to her and called her in excitement. She is so informative and has really, really helped me out in so many ways. God bless her. I'm glad that my mortgage is through you all!!! Thanks for my lovely, beautiful, peaceful home!!
Have Been Trying to get a billing statement for days. Website is still messed up it will let you sign in but you cant make a payment or anything. Tried the phone lines and they are no help as well.
This company bought my mortgage loan from my previous bank. All I have to say is that they are very unprofessional. The 1st letter I get from them is not very welcoming, it's a notice telling me they will add a more expensive insurance to my mortgage because my property is without it I have always have had insurance coverage. The notice states this is the final notice. How can it be a final notice when this is the 1st notice I'm getting . I called their customer service the same day I received it, and of course she was rude and unprofessional just like the company she works for. I also received another letter saying I have to make 2 mortgage payments. How can that be when this company bought my loan 3 weeks ago. The October payment I paid to my previous loan company. The only payment due is the November payment. Terrrible terrible company. So disorganized
Phone lines down half the time, website doesn t work half the time (I know this because when I called even the phone operator said it), tried leaving a message and the mailbox wasn t set up to receive them, with the covid forbearance (helps make it easier on home owner), they never even wanted to see the filled out document but instead just straight up said no one when asked what email to send it to. What s the point in having it on your website if you don t want to hear the people out?
Previously made a 1 star review about a week ago and was told to take it down because they were investigating even though they knew me so here s a nicer one without any name drops.
Only advice I can give is that if you get stuck with these guys, sale the house of ASAP and get a more transparent and helpful lender.
What a nightmare this company has been and we ve only made 1 payment to them. Our loan person is extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed we were 3 months behind on our payments. We had already made our first payment to this company and they said they had no record of it even though it had cleared my account. We had to personally call the previous servicer to then have them call SN to get it straightened out. Once the previous servicer straightened them out the payment we made direct to them magically showed up on their end. Our loan person, whom we have to apparently deal with every time, was very accusatory, had a nasty attitude and didn t care what I had to say when I attempted to explain that we were not behind and had never been behind on our payments. Now they are claiming we don t have insurance which is mind boggling. We just refinanced a few months ago. Obviously we have insurance, we pay it into escrow every month. They obviously have record of this yet they are trying to charge us for more insurance. It makes me sick to my stomach to think of how long we are going to have to deal with this company. I am terrified at how much they are going to be able to get away with and charge us. Quite honestly, I m considering refinancing the second we are able just to get away from them.
So they are now my mortgage company and I am concerned with the unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge. The website for payments never works, they are forcing another insurance on my property when I already have 1
This place is a joke. They service my mortgage, when I've called no one is ever available to assist I've left tons of messages my calls are NEVER returned. I'd give less than one star if possible. They should be closed down because it's apparent that nobody here is doing their job. No matter what my issues are, I'm always directed to someones voicemail. I leave a message and have to keep calling back because nobody will return my call. I've been calling for 7 months now and still have yet to receive a call back on any issue.
They will NOT report any on time mortgage payments to the 3 credit report companies.... I have made 2 and a half years of on time payments but shows nothing on my reports, I question why and they stated due to the state that there in there not required to report. They will not even report late payments per there customer rep.... hoping they will ditch me for a company that will report positive payments
