On the pain scale from 1 to 10, my 54 year old knees were at about a 6. I hated having to take Ibuprofen to get through the day. I was starting to check out the walking canes, it was that bad. I was told by my physician that a physical therapist might be able to help. Soon after, I met with Trevor, and I appreciated that he took the time to listen to all my quirky systems. He gave me some specific exercises, that made a HUGE difference. Thank you Snow, Sport and Spine.
