Over the past year, I have completely fallen in love with my custom 163 SnoPlanks AT Model! James Nicol is the master shaper over at SnoPlanks, that took my feedback and built me an amazing snowboard! I think James took the concept of a Model A and adjusted it for my larger size.. I normally ride bigger boards, so initially looking at this 163, I thought it was too short for me, I was wrong! This ripping all-mountain board floats through deep pow, rails on hardpack, and jukes through the trees! Seriously riding like a board 10 centimeters longer, I was blown away by the amount of FUN I was having on this beauty! The bamboo top sheet is an eye catcher, making it appear so simple and clean.. It's core created out of Bamboo, Carbon Fiber, and Triaxial Glass makes it super snappy & lively underfoot, as well as being stable at high speeds. I look forward to all new things coming out of the SnoPlanks shop, those guys build me a KILLER Snowboard that will take on any condition, all the time riding like a Champ!!

Snoplanks is a rider driven, surf inspired snowboard company. Their model A is hands down the most fun board I have ever ridin in my life. The full bamboo core layer with fiberglass and carbon fiber makes for an incredibly smooth, snappy, and extremely stable ride. Don t pass one up for anything else. Oh and you can finance them for 50$ a month !!!

The board ripped but in my opinion still not worth the money. Mine didn't last a full season and my buddies have three other planks that have top sheets peeling or other defects causing the decking/base to split away. Owner promised he'd make it right with a discount on a new board when I stopped by to show what happened but then he ghosted me after my repeated attempts over several months to follow through.

Bamboo Planks handmade in Bend, Oregon by a crew of dedicated riders. The boards ride extremely well in a wide variety of snow conditions and absolutely thrive on pow days. Lightweight, durable, and very user friendly!

I have a SnoPlanks spitboard and solid -- they are the best boards I have owned. I have been snowboarding all over the world for over twenty years and I take choosing my gear seriously. There must be something to the bamboo because what makes these boards standout amongst a saturated market is the strength to weight ratio. The boards are so lightweight you would think they would be a noodle out on the hill but the flex and response is up there with the best freeride boards I have ever owned. I was shocked! The Model A is quiver unto itself, so much pop and float with a side cut that allows for tight and precise carves. Perfect for tree runs, launching cornices, and railing high speed turns. These boards are also on the cutting edge of snowboard shapes and as a big guy with a large foot I can get on nearly any board in the line and not have to worry about toe drag -- something unheard of with the corporate brands that force big boots on to lame specialty boards. If you want to enhance your snowboard experience I highly recommend you try out a SnoPlank -- these boards are the future of snow surfing.

Snoplanks has created a one of a kind ski unlike anything I have ever skied on before. Often times, I feel like women's skis can be softened down, but not the Joy Sticks (coming soon!). They are strong but have good flex, and a shape built to rip groomers and float in pow. I use these skis primarily as a backcountry set up. I absolutely recommend any ski or snowboard from Snoplanks.

I was a skier for over 30 years and picked up a SnoPlank board two years ago - never looked back. I'm having a blast on the mountain again and love supporting these guys. Good people doing great things!

Snoplanks rocks! I've spent all season on their new Snosticks and first off, wow! These skis rip. I am an avid backcountry skier and have put over 80 days on these beautiful skis during this 19/20 season. The Snosticks are light as butter and make touring a joy. Long days are much easier when you aren't weighing down your feet. Secondly these sticks rip, carve and handle just as beautifully as they look. They are the perfect balance between playful and controllable! Lastly, these skis tear up resort just as well as they explore the backcountry and not to mention everyone comments on the unique look while waiting in the lift line! If you're looking for a fun, nimble and light ski, these are the ones for you!
