I hate giving a company a bad review, but when I have done three orders with this company and each time is the same story it become apparent the little guys don't matter. I have been very nice each time I had to call to get an update on an order. They don't email or call to let you know anything. Each time I called I am givin a date for the order to be ready or done, the day will come and go. Not a word from them. So I'll call again asking for update and told we are behind a big order , which I have no problem with at all just would have liked an email or call. When I told her this I was then told it's not easy to call or email cause she has a lot on her plate. As a business owner myself who is "the only one" answering the phone or Facebook messages and emails I understand this . But I do it. After another week of no calls or updates, I called yesterday to find out they are done and will be sent out. It's sad a company who has great pricing and printing, can't have the same in customer service. Sadly I'll pay the extra to go with another place next time. So I can at least know when and if I'll be getting the shirts. We are a mom and pop shop, we strive in customer service and supporting local businesses... wish we had the same support! Wish you all well.
