I had a complaint for my broken gas meter and they attended me very well and entertained my complain quickly ,I didn't have to wait like other government offices where they treat you very badly and don't give any response so easily
As usual government department reluctant to do any thing.
I applied for new connection and was entertained in good manners at early stage. But still waiting for the installation of meter for the last one month. No exact time and reason is conveyed. Not good for SNGPL, a reputed organization. Still waiting for Meter.

Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) offices are located in johar tow Lahore it's manage the housing Gas Pipeline Distribution System and billing.
Nice and well mannered staff. Not like other government offices
Staff attitude is not so good. They need very much improvement to resolve problem and true guide line for customers.

I was victim of touts in the past. Then I decided to go and do my job of gas connection personally. I found all the staff very helping and cooperative. I would suggest others never fall in hands of bloody tours. Trust me the staff is amazing.

Typical government office with unprofessional and non supportive staff. No system in place - employees don't follow office timings, are rude and do not care about the issues. There are agents who ask for money to get the same work done which should be staff's responsibility.
