Very easy to deal with. The estimator actually called and spoke to us here at the shop to discuss the estimate in detail. This is great communication as most insurance companies will just email something back without talking to you. Hopefully more insurance carriers end up going with Snapsheet moving forward!

I was quite surprised by how easy Snapsheet made it for me to get online quotes after someone sideswiped my car. I didn't have to make appointments and drive to different body shops. I just followed the steps on snapsheet and took the pictures it asked for. Was super easy and quick. I wish all. Body shops used this method as an alternative.
In search of Great Customer Service with Great people and a team with Snapsheet I only found another tactical extension of Big Bullying Insurance companies, under paying for property damages on estimates of which they try to strong-arm body shops into doing their insurance company duties, inspections and photographs of which no law requires shops to do, example Snapsheet $4000 in estimated damage when vehicle has $27k in damages. Horrible handling process and delays on the claim approvals beyond Insurance Regulations of 6 days to approve of damages.
The people with snapsheet are very easy to work with. Great follow-up with initial claim and supplements.
Snapsheet has always been quick and efficient when submitting a supplement for insurance on automotive repairs. I like the website they have to upload photos and documents. Someone always contacts me back fairly quick!

Seen several good reviews but sadly I cannot say the same. My shop has had the hardest time sending them the pictures and notes they require. Then, even with all the pictures, notes and shop estimate, they still missed half the damage. I wouldn t say that having to send pictures to a cell number for an estimate is proper but that s one way they had to send them. Kind of makes feel like I am being bullied by a big company
I love snap sheet. Snap Sheet makes things so much easier. i wish more things as easy as this.
