The quality of the final photos was decent, but it didn't surpass my expectations. I felt that some shots lacked creativity and uniqueness. Moreover, communication throughout the process could have been improved, as I had to follow-up for updates. Despite these shortcomings, the service was satisfactory. I appreciate their effort to capture our special moments, but there is room for improvement in terms of creativity and communication.
