Broken lifts, piles of dishes, over crowded at times. Love the free beer taps though.

Fantastic space, with a great vibe. Barista coffee served from 9:00-15:00 and bean to cup coffee machines in all the kitchen areas with a range of choices of coffee and fridges stocking a choice of plant based milks. Free breakfast every Monday morning and other surprises and delights throughout the week. Route to basement rooms could be improved as it's a bit of a maze of doors, also ventilation could be improved as some strange chemical smells in some of the hall ways that have many offices.
I would be hard pressed to recommend this WeWork to anybody looking for a place to setup their business.
The elevators have been in repair and maintenance mode for 13 months now (ever since the building first opened) and we're now down to only 1 working for a building with 8 floors. The feedback is the same every few weeks "We thank you for your patience. We are working with our contractors and will update you with a timeline" but updates on timelines are never concrete and never beyond the empty promises.
There's a tendency to try to cram too many people onto every floor so expect lunch times to be heaving and often not enough places to sit. So you'd better enjoy eating lunch at your desk every few days as you stare at the Slack and email notifications increment with every bite of your overpriced Holborn lunch. Even outside of the busy lunch hour it's hard to find a quiet moment away from the office as too many people are "hustling", huddled over a laptop blasting their unimportant conference call out for everybody to hear - noise cancelling headphones are a MUST.
And you had best really, really, really enjoy Pop Music since that is pretty much the only genre they pipe into the communal areas. Every now and then they tease me and some Red Hot Chili Peppers plays but that short respite is immediately followed by Kelly Clarkson (yup, it's not just modern pop music, it's all of the pop music). A bit of variety would go a long way if they could include some alternative, punk, rock, 80s metal, or synthwave. I imagine fans of genres I don't listen to like jazz, rap, classical, etc would welcome the variety too. Once more, noise cancelling headphones are required.
It's also a bit of a roulette spin on the level of help you will get when raising issues - it swings wildly between extremely helpful and at times condescending.
Don't let free (terrible) bean-to-cup coffee, over-hyped Monday breakfasts, all the cucumber water you can stomach and other gimmicks lure you into Aviation House - it's all a trap and you deserve better.
Our company has just moved here and it's really a step up from what we had before. The service is great, it's always clean and they often come up with fun activities in the house. There are plenty of places to pick from if you want to work away from your ordinary desk...why not work in a phone booth for a while?
Nice open space. It's got a modern vibe to the environment.
The office space company that provides a community feel while giving premium offices for you and your team to excel.
amazing workspace. Nice freebies and thoughtful touch
Visiting a client with offices here. Vibrant atmosphere, great facilities.
Spacious and cosy office. Relaxing atmosphere with ping Pong table, coffee table arcade machine, sofa and other comfort. Really well made.
I really hoped to love our new offices...
We've been here for over a year now.
* There have been non stop issues with the elevators from day 1. Of the 4 lifts, it's common to have only 1 or 2 in service, to cover an 8 floor building.
* Breakfast on a Monday is an amazing concept--but in over a year, we've been able to partake ONCE. Seems to be different treatment for different people, with many people missing out.
* The toilets are 50/50. They'll either be perfect, or absolutely vile- having a check once an hour or so might help.
* Kitchens are hit and miss depending on what staff member is on your floor. Some are super attentive and on the ball, others are clueless. The latest guy is more interested in having his breakfast then sorting out the coffee machine.
* Kitchens don't seem to be for eating, as the lunch tables are constantly full of groups of people - 1 person with a laptop, per table, taking up the entire area. Sorry guys- I'll go eat at my desk... Again.
* Please, for the love of all things good- give us normal tea bags in the kitchens I'm not a fan of all the weird and wonderful blends, and sometimes, you just need a cuppa
Now for the positives!
* The pop ups that happen regularly are awesome! I've discovered some amazing products that I wouldn't have heard of otherwise.
* The mail room is very efficient and the staff there are so lovely and friendly.
* The decor in the offices is great, really nice vibe.
* The barista! I wish there was more than 1!
Overall, a nice place to Work- but the elevators really need to be fixed!
i live next door to them ,my building shares a car park entrance which is directly underneath me,,,they continuously every night clear their rubbish, bang doors, roll trolleys,,noisily drop chairs and tables,,all night long ,every night,,its a bloody disgrace,,,this is a residential area not an industrial estate,,i am very fed up with their conduct
