A beautiful store with very customer-friendly employees!

Have been with this business for a number of years, always buy shoenen by the aaridge and helpful staff. To my great surprise, I was helped today by a man who I think is the manager? He came across as uninterested and did not seem very helpful, too bad about such a nice thing that it suddenly goes this way.

Finally a store that doesn't have the same shoes as all other stores.

Never buy one of Bommel shoes poor quality of the sole (paid dearly) other shoes brand Magnani I do not suffer from, quality shoes.

What an incredibly bad service from Smits Schoenen. Expensive boots bought, when I was promised a lifetime warranty on the water resistance. Now 4.5 years later I have 2 flat boots and I am skipped with "the manufacturer indicates that this is wear, unfortunately we can not do anything with this" and "the factory has been taken over by another owner and the new owner is not easy, we did not expect this response from them either ". A seller of Smits Schoenen offered me a lifetime warranty on sale, now I am being shipped off with a discount on a new pair of boots. More than a discount would be appropriate. These boots cost more than a few tens. In addition to the poor service from Smits Schoenen, they also sold me 4-year-old boots, this was evident from the reaction of the manufacturer. So they sell boots that have been in the warehouse for more than "a while" as a new pair of boots. Ridiculously bad service, definitely not recommended if you value good service!

I like to come here because they just have nice shoes. We are of the slightly better and more expensive kind.

I was sucked in through the Christmas window and came out with a pair of beautiful shoes I had never heard of: Hogan. The driven floor manager knew everything about the brand. I found here knowledge, craftsmanship and very good service. Really recommended, I will definitely be back to Arnhem.

I have been helped fantastic. The shoes I wanted were just sold out. I was allowed to fit 2 different sizes of the brand because there was still 1 pair in my size available on the website. So we succeeded. Thank you for the service.

What arrogant staff would rather be on their mobile phone than help ... Too bad
