Everytime I deliver here its a guarantee 3-9 hours from start to finish. I've forgotten about and left hooked to the dock so I can't leave, staff is not efficient at all at their jobs. Terrible place to deliver to.
For me it is one of the best places.
Here is my experience.
I had delivery appointment on Monday, 11/23 at 23.59 pm.
I called receiving when I got loaded in LA on Friday night, three days before appointment, and I was told to come on Monday night with crossed fingers because they turn away half of produce trucks and push them for next day, let alone to arrive earlier. I got anxious because I read many reviews and I had reload on Tuesday. I tried my luck and called Sunday morning again, from Beaver, UT. The guy on the phone asked for my PO# and said he couldn't take me at that moment, but told me I can try at 21.00 at that Sunday night. I kept pushing my luck and arrived at 20.50, spent an hour in lane on the street and checked in at 21.50, 10 minutes before produce starts receiving. Security checked me in without any questions and told me to pull aside and call to receiving at 22.00 sharp. I called the number, but even before I got connected someone knocked to my door. I expected anything except one : guy asked me for my bills, looked at them and gave me a door right on my right.
Long story short : I left that place empty at 23.08 pm on Sunday, 11/22, 24 hours and 51 minutes before my appointment. I regret I didn't try night before, Saturday 11/21.

Do not recommend. One of the local DC s. Run here often, unfortunately. They don t care about your time AT ALL. Perishables is hit and miss...but, frozen,(oh, frozen) prepare for a minimum 4 hours of your life wasted. Been @ a frozen door in excess of 12 hours more than once. Enough said.

Just took an hour to unloaded 20 pallets.
Don't come early just only 15 minutes before appointment time.
No overnight parking.. even around the DC .. parking is too tight & long Queue at the entrance.
Can go in ONLY 15 minutes early. Can find some parking on Hill Field Rd just past Sugar Rd, but have to watch blocking business driveways. Pay attention to signs approaching the Guard Shack...don't move up til signaled to do so.
Communication was horrible, guard shack personnel less than friendly or helpful, docking situation not very safe, very time consuming to back into the dock because there isn't enough room. Other drivers interfere. Appointments mean nothing, unloaders are untruthful and overcharge for services
Nice friendly place got in and out pretty decent time can't complain
Tonight was my first time to deliver here. I got here 2 hrs early. They docked me right away & i was out before my appt time.
This is the frozen side, easy peasy. I dunno about the rest.
Line was a little long getting in at Midnight but it flowed at a steady pace. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely no issues returning here in the future
