We ordered a large 105 inch wide solar shade online from Smith and Noble. The online ordering process was straight forward and intuitive. Everything was perfect, it arrived in just a few days, the quality was great, and installation was easy. After installation, we noticed the sides of the brackets were showing and was not the clean install we had envisioned. A call into S & N where Brenda Rambo was very helpful after explaining our problem, and sending a few pictures she was able to quickly resolve the issue and promptly shipped the end plates we were missing. The end plates came in a few days later and were quickly installed. Our solar shade install is now complete and looks great thanks to Brenda s help.
