Avoid at all costs.



When I pointed out that a standard hygienist visit is 30 mins they pointed out that their pricing is 'up to 30 mins' and they'll just do 10 mins if that's all that's needed.

I have moderate-severe gum disease and usually see the hygienist every 3 months. Because of coronavirus I hadn't been for 10 months. There's no way my teeth were in such great shape I didn't need the full treatment!





They don't even have a hygienist on site.

This is a cosmetic dental practice, so if that is what you're after maybe that's ok. But if you want standard treatment, the kind you'd get at a normal dentist's, stay clear unless you want to pay well over the market price.

Edit to add: Here's a photo of my invoice clearly suggesting a 60-minute hygiene visit I don't appreciate being told I'm lying!

The staff at the front are so rude (only one which served me an older lady with short blonde hair) very rude wanted to argue with me butted in when I was talking and tried to embarrass me in front of the customers I would definitely say her customer service skills need looking at as I will definitely not advice anyone to go there as they are so rude!!
Blunt and rude avoid if you don t want to be spoken to like a child

Very pleased with my first session 10 shades lighter, can't wait for my next session.

I hate dentists but I have to say Smile Tech is the best. It has definitely change my outlook on dentists. As you walk though the doors the receptionist is always polite.
The staffs who has assist in my dental care has been absolutely fantastic.

At the moment I'm having dental implants, i wasn't sure at first as I am extremely nervous person and can't handle pain especially dentists but i do have two favourites (Kevin McGee & Caroline) who has always made me feel at ease during my treatments.
I love Smile tech.

Excellent customer service. Brilliant, knowledgeable staff who make you feel you re in the best hands (which clearly you are!). Very competitive prices and just an all round positive experience which is a pleasant surprise for a dental visit. Highly recommend.

Dr Anam Kokhar has the most delicate touch. The scale and polish was performed so effortlessly that I had no discomfort. It was award winning service. Congratulations to her and her great education to be able to perform such a perfect service

Fantastic service provided so far. I have been going to this company for quite some time and have always found them helpful as well as providing a great service. I am 12 weeks into an Invisalign treatment and so far they have exceeded my expectations with customer service and the treatment. I would highly recommend using this company. Very happy customer.

Great advice!
I think it's very pricey at the dentist and they will only encourage you to spend but the one is not like that at all.
I was listened to and was given advice and opinions from both the dentist and the nurse.
It's wonderful that this dentist respects their nurses and they have an active role in the care of their patients.
This combination has made me feel they have MY best interests to heart.
Just want to mention the name, Jamie. She was so helpful and friendly!
