This is a scam. They took my money yet say I haven't paid.

This is an amazing place to work for. Smile Brands has such a strong culture, which makes coming to work everyday so enjoyable. Everyone works as a team, which enables the field we support to provide Smiles for Everyone in no time.

Smile Brands is a great company to work with as a client. They are always about win-win and they truly live their motto Smiles for Everyone. Would be great to have all clients, and for that matter all people believe the same.

DO NOT GET FINANCING THROUGH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST BETWEEN BOTH BRIGHT NOW DENTAL!! AND SMILE BRANDS THERE IS NO REASON I SHOULD BE GETTING CHARGED AN EXTRA $107 WHEN I AM SET UP WITH AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS AND ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS ARE CLOSED. SOMEONE IS EITHER DROPPING THE BALL OR TRYING TO ILLEGALLY SCAM MONEY.

If you are looking for a great team that is supportive, challenges the status quo, and builds great leaders then this is the company for you! I have had the pleasure of being a part of this team for only a short while, yet it feels like family already.

Was suposr to have on braces for 2 1/2yrs its been 4 already paid for. Other things were all messed up and they have the adasity to put it on my credit smh.

Definitely need to talk to Steve Bilt about the predatory lending practices of his team At Smile Brands and the unlawful reporting to Equifax. The Better Business Bureau would be very interested. You cannot do this to customers who have not received works months and months later...especially taking advantage of the pandemic. Do the right thing, Steve.
