Long wait, no one cares about u, only one person in shipping office , come on people

Low pay for expected skills, the training they claim to offer isn't training but more of a way to let you know it's all about hurry hurry hurry. Way to many kids in positions of power that are not experienced enough to handle. The idea of the training is great but the application is lacking.

Just thankful I no longer work at SME. Life for me is so much better! I was told years ago that SME was a toxic place to work and that I needed to get out. I didn't heed this advice at my own peril. Time has proven the wisdom of finally doing so!

They unload you fairly quick here , but can't get a hold of shipping/receiving to find out where you go, where to untarp etc ..just winged it. Was fine. They have no signs on telling you how to leave the facility so make sure you ask for good directions or you wind up backing out of areas and getting pretty irritated. Why they don't have sign like every other place I don't know.

I am a 64 year old veteran that is despondent bout the division in this country. It hurts me when I see what s going on.
It meant so much to me to see someone stand up for this country. THANKS! Greg Ryan
