It is a credit to SmartEtailing to have this type of support and makes the cost of the system seem like nothing in comparison to what you get. This is far and away the best solution to e-commerce for bike shops wanting to have a major presence on-line without the need for an entire IT staff dealing with changes and updates. The system is easy to use and can be maintained with limited amounts of time. Support is far better than our POS-based system and the site looks great!

Am i making millions because I have an online store with content provided by SmartEtailing....no. Are customers finding my website and then visiting my store....YES!!! You can go as big or small as you want with SmartEtailing. You can have them do it all or learn how to do it yourself with their editing and creation tools. The fact remains that you need to have a web presence and you need to do it right. Why not do it right the first time. Oh and we do sell quite a bit on our website when we promote it. It's like any service in your store. It's only going to work if you promote it and use it.
