The experience of working with Smartbridge GmbH was average. While the team was skilled and professional, I expected more innovative solutions. Nonetheless, they delivered what was agreed upon.
Strong in acquisition. Disappointing in implementation. We tried to work with Eventcommander for 1 year. Before the contract was signed, we were promised that certain functions would still be adapted / rebuilt for us. Throughout the year, despite several attempts by us, this promise was not kept. Again and again we were put off, but then they stopped calling and later didn't know anything about the agreements. After a year we quit. We had a lot of human resources and high costs, but we were never able to work with the program and are very disappointed with the cooperation with Smartbridge.
