This company has been part of a chain of phone numbers spamming me like crazy about taking surveys, working for Uber, etc... this is the first spam phone call that I received that I was able to actually speak to someone. This company, possibly partnered with someone else, has been spamming me several times a day from various (800) 555 numbers... and it needs to stop.
Best place I ve worked. I loved the management, my co workers, and they really are some of the most genuine people you will work with. They care for their employees and I think that is a very important!
This is a horrible company they act nice at first it seems like an awesome company but then it changes they didn't train me enough they trained me for 2 days and then today I got fired for being late for my shift when it wasnt my fault it was my team leads fault because he took an hour to respond to me about my question. Apparently I have 25 attendance points which is bad but on my side it said I had 24. They never told me that I had certain amount of time to dispo my calls until I had been working there for a month, So it resulted in my attendance points going way high because I wasnt told. Dont work for this company.
I have absolutely loved being a part of the team at SRL! Company culture is why people love working here! I have never worked for owners who care so much about their employees. They are honest, hard working and so fun to work with. They give employees the opportunity to better themselves, learn, grow and get back up after making a mistake. Aside from that, we get to help people all across the nation find jobs that will improve and benefit their lives. It's pretty amazing!!
