Ashley was simply amazing. I needed a car really bad but only wanted a car at least 2008 and newer. After speaking with a lady for 3 days from 5 star auto group and confirming and reconfirming everytging, I get there and they show me cars in my range that did not run. When I went looking for another place,I was referred to Ashley at smart choice. I went in there thinking nothing could be done for me however she did everything she could to get me into my cute little Nissan Versa. She told me it wasn't the best but I could get it and I drove off the lot. My car runs great and I'll have it paid in a year and change thanks to her. You rock Ashley!

When to pic up a Chrysler300 C ended up with touring. Fixed the ac cuz it didnt work it broke 3 month after gave me a key that chip dont work and it dont have the hard key so cant lock my car engine went out and payed at least 5k to much

Ashley was great. She is a very busy person. She can muti task well with no problems. The dealership with the paperwork and processing is long as hell but that doesnt take away from the fact that they are great and work with you as much as possible. Go Ashley.... Tell them to make the processing not so long. We have been here for 5 hours.

My fancy and I was told we were approved with a thousand dollars down , we got there a the whole story changed .Then they said 2 thousand and they told me I was a first time buyer. So I give them 1000 so they took it and and said come up with the other half in about two to three weeks so I agreed to it .A week went by now they want the other half .Now the paper tags have expired and so we told them give us our money back and they haven't called back lies, lies, lies

So I had to come back and finish this review... getting the car no problems. It s the follow up and the empty promises. It was documented what the car lot would fix before I signed for it. It s been 3 weeks and I can t get Ashley or anyone else on the phone to give me a straight answer if the parts came in or not. I went up there and sat for a whole day for a alignment... so if buying a car from here proceed with extreme caution.

I got my car quick and easy no hassle great hospitality and customer service great prices and friendly faces RAQUEL was amazing and work with me. Would recommend 10/10!!
