This place is the truth my boy Miguel took real good car of me. I had terrible credit and they still found a vehicle that fix my needs and in my price range. If you are trying to start over or just need someone to put faith in you go here. I can testify to that. I am a real person not a bot and i can say i love smart choice this place came thru when everybody else turnt me down everybody ask me for a co-signer and i didn't have one but smart choice never once asked me for one. I spent 5 hours in their building and they made me happy it was well worth the time. Thank You Smart Choice and everybody that contribute to getting me into a vehicle that i love. I look forward to my next vehicle and better believe it's going to be a smart choice vehicle.

Miguel amazing work in helpin me get a car with the little money I had

I purchased a Cadillac SRX from Smart choice Auto Group and the customer service that I received from Rony Turcios was exceptional. I spoke with him over the phone previously expressing my interest in the vehicle and he answered all of my questions. When I came to the car dealership everything went expeditiously. He also help me search for the best rates for insurance policies. He went over and beyond his scope of service and I left very happy with the purchase that I made!

Run as fast as you can away from this place. They are crooked and think they can pull a fast one on ya.
I went here to look at the inventory. I submitted my application but had to leave. The lady Rachael was quick to call me back and say I was approved. I came back and she was ready to show me what they had. The fisrt one she came out with was a 2011 jeep compass. She said it was "perfect for me cuz I live in the country with all the farms and stuff". Okay... I go take a look at it. The first thing that hit me was the smell. It smelled like someone smoked a full pack of cigarettes, with the windows rolled up and left it like that. I did take it for a test drive. The smell was so bad I had to have all the windows down while I was driving it. Then when it was ideling. It was shaking really bad. I was just waiting for it to break down on me. Went back to the dealership with that car and told her absolutely no way was I getting that car. So she brings around a 2011 ford Edge. I took that for a test drive. The AC was not working when I got into the car. I learned my lesson from the first one. So I only took it around the freeway and went right back. I almost crashed because the brakes were really bad. Took it back and said I want to think about it. I let her know of all the problems. She said "don't worry, they fix it". Umm... Why wasn't it fixed in the first place before it was even out on the lot? Then she said okay let me get you the numbers. Let me say when I first talked to her I said I had $2,000 to put down. She comes back with a paper that says I'm giving the $2,000 today and in 2 weeks I was giving another $500 and 2 weeks after that I was giving another $500. For a total of $3,000 down. Plus payments of $225 every 2 weeks. BRUH she never asked me about that additional $1,000. I'm fine with having a higher car payment. I was expecting that. But $450 a month plus $3,000 down totals out to over $18000 for a $5000 car. Fast forward to the next morning. This lady is blowing up my phone with pictures of the car and asking when I was coming back in. I explained to her that I was not going to buy the car. I was not okay with the numbers she gave me and I was not okay getting something with so many problems right from the start. All she said was. "Okay. The finance manager will work with you. When can you come in." All these people care about is making that sale. They don't care what kind of car they sell you or how many problems it has. They just want your money.
I know that getting car is stressful and can be hard for people like me to get financing. So when someone says your "approved" it feels good and you feel like you finally are able to get something. But dealerships like this feed off of people like me. Don't go here, save yourself A LOT of trouble and keep looking.

1 Feb. 21 I decided to look for somewhere to purchase a car not really thinking I would find something I like for the down payment I had at the time. I found Smart Choice Auto Group where I spoke to Miguel and pretty much guaranteed that he would have me in something nice as well as work with my down payment.
I made it a hour before closing he took his time and was very professional, honest, and helpful. The owner came out to personally greet and thank me.
