I recently purchased a handboard from the company's website and overall, I found the experience to be fairly decent. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about their products. The checkout process was smooth and hassle-free.
However, I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the handboard upon receiving it. The material felt a bit flimsy and I noticed some minor imperfections on the surface. Additionally, the hand strap provided was not very comfortable to wear for extended periods.
On the positive side, the handboard performed reasonably well in the water. It provided decent buoyancy and was easy to maneuver. The design options were also quite appealing, giving the product a unique appearance.
Overall, while the website and purchasing process were satisfactory, the quality of the product and comfort level could use some improvement. I would rate my experience with this company as average.
