NO review.. but find it strange that SLM sent us a request to docusign. When we tried to contact them of why they wanted us to sign a form before we became a vendor, they refused to answer any questions. We do not feel confrontable in working with a company who doesn't feel confident in providing information on their company. We also feel it may be illegal to ask us to sign something first. NOT OK!!
Can't speak on customer service, but I highly discourage vendors from partnering with SLM. They don't value the vendors that are actually doing the work and keeping their company in business. They pay whenever they want, they refuse to pay late fees, they pretend they don't see your emails regarding invoices, and they drop you if someone is willing to do the job for less.
