Slawinski Auction Company Review

My late brother was a professional musician and had a half dozen highly collectible Gibson and Fender guitars he had bought early in his career back in the mid-20th century. I consigned them to Slawinski Auctions where they got national attention. Slawinski handled all the details professionally, and the auctions were a complete success. They assure that both the consignee and the buyers have confidence in the auction process from start to finish. They have some particular specialties depending on a current market and will honestly inform you as to prospective value and marketability. I was lucky to find them and highly recommend.

I had such a fun experience. You are treated so well. All who work there are so friendly and nice. Prices are awesome. Go and check it out. You won't be sorry.

CROOKS! If I could leave negative stars I would. I bought an item from them and They sent me email that I won etc. I m out of state so I booked a courier for $200. then I have to call auction house and they tell me it s a clerical error and it was sold to someone else. I know they didn t like the low price I got item for and they sold to in house buyer for more. I would not have faith in them especially for high value items. DISHONEST AND BROKE #1 rule of auctioneer. When you win, you win and you have to sell to high bidder. If you all didn t want to sell for that price then put a reserve on your items. Amateur auction house. And send me my $200 you lost me.

Great auctioneer, I ve bought and sold at this auction house. Rob is the most professional auctioneer that will go out of his way in the name of customer service. He gets good prices for many pieces. Additionally, if you are patient, he gets good prices for buyers as well. All in all, this is the best auction on the central coast... bar none.

Rob swooped in and saved the day last weekend when our original auctioneer fell ill. He was a pleasure to work with, and with only two days to prepare, he dug in fully and asked lots of questions to understand our auction items and process. He is an incredible auctioneer with perfect timing and pacing, even knowing when to pause to give people a chance to decide whether to place their next bid. He was patient with our inexperience (we are all busy parent volunteers) and loves to give advice and assistance along the way. In our few conversations before our event, he gave us great tips that we were able to execute, and together we exceeded our fundraising objectives. Rob focuses on the community aspect of an event and bringing everyone together, and you could really feel the love and connection during our live auction and fund-a-need portions of our event.
