The worst company I have ever seen. The interview is not taken properly , it's just for an eye wash . Don't attend this company's interview and waste your time .

A company which provides opportunity to all. Mostly those who are poor and need of money will work there, because of very hard work. 12 hrs shift. 8.00Am to 8.00 Pm, both day and nyt... Sunday there will be shift for TR and Maintenance, and for some production guys. assembly there is a fixed off for them on Sunday, All other days it's 10 hrs duty. IEC which is one of the dep. For pure designing. It's a tire 1 supplier for hundai. A production company, in molding technology. It'll be better if salery gets higher.

I went to interview to this company two years ago. Totally 7 members were there for the interview. They collected our resumes. After about 2 hours they called for interview. They called other six members one by one and they just asked there self introduction and selected them. Finally they called me and asked lot of questions and rejected me.

If one company recruites new employees all time that indicates one thing... employees are continuosly leaving from that company due to something..think abt it

A very very worst company all over I. Irungaatu kottai ,very poor management ,1st the will tell ,3years will be training period ,after that we will make as a company staff ,but surely they won't make you as a staff ,no:1 fraud company ,they think engineers are fools .they will follow 5s and 6s and tell us to do some house keeping works ,such as sweeping washing etc.. If you join in this company means your carrier will be spoiled easily

They drinks employees blood. less salary work more.They things & treat like engineers are fools & idiots.

The company that steals human labor is to work for 12 hours, even when it comes to 5 minutes, it does not even have time to drink water. Night Shift Watch is a one-half-o'clock season from the ot hours you get the salary, you can enter your company in the company of the sunrise, you can not have time to talk to your family.

They say work timings 8 to 8 but you must leave the company at 6:50 am and leave the company at 8:45 pm.

"13:15 hrs you must spend this company and traveling hours 1:30 hrs Totally you work on 14:30 hours per day"

In 10 minutes break times you must go on late but you must come on earlier.

This company is best suitable for slavery workers. Because , 12 hour shift working hours. If you had a permanent job in this company , you will definitely depressed by management. Staff are compulsory come to the company even sunday also. If you put uninformed leave (even due to health problem) they will treat like slaves.

Let me share my experience in this company.
I joined this company after completed BE Mechanical engineering.First they called me for an interview and it proceeds with some of very basic questions like"Tell me about yourself" and "What salary do u expect"

Finally got selected.The management level persons told that this is the only company which recruits BE graduates because SL Lumax is the correlation of Lumax(indian company involved in lamp manufacturing) and SL(probably the South Korean based company),and Koreans need only BE graduated to use our innovation and smart work capabilities.

Initially I liked this company .They provide BSD (Basic skill development) for one week and taught me all about the company and its rules ,salary details and shift ,procedures and process of manufacturing Lamp related stuffs by providing PPT presentation ..and some basic hands on experience with handling lamps and it's child parts etc.. literally i felt very satisfied with the BSD trainers but after when they began to move me to the line ,THINGS GOT WORSE.

They treated the employee not as an engineers but as a machine literally..12 hrs shift but 10 hrs compulsory no matter what happens,they don't care..NO Time for even having water or restroom..

They not provided a permanent line to work ..rather than shifting us here and there where ever there is vacancy or else anyone in leave..even if don't know about that particular line or process..That's irritated me alot..

If we needed a leave for any urgent they will provide only if u inform the higher personnels like incharge ,AE,senior engineer ..if u ask leave procedurely by filling up the leave form ,they will not give u permission to take leave or make u to beg for atleast 3 days for a day leave.

Next they have a target of certain amount of lamps to be manufactured/day..it will be set accordingly so that u can't finish within 8 hours mostly..but i felt it's k..because company has nothing to do with their customer demand.

Another thing I hated in this company is the "SUNRISE MEETING"they call it as "EDUCATION ON QUALITY ISSUES"
we all know that human means to make mistake no matter what the attention he/she has toward his/her work..in this meeting they discuss about the yesterday Ppm ,problem causes and reasons and THEN PERSON WHO DID MISTAKE WILL BE CALLED FRONT AND GIVE EXCUSE TO MD DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF ALL MANGEMENT LEVEL AND OPERATIONAL LEVEL STAFFS".Even the cleaning guy is not an exception..Iam not against the sunrise meeting but..meeting should be conducted between the operational and management level staffs no with us..the incharge and line leader should notify our problem not in front of everyone,thats create a guilty among us..

Atlast here is few reasons u can go for this company:
1)Very clean and tidy environment cause they have 6th S known as Sukan by which from low level to high level staffs should keep their workspace clean and they should clean themselves(I've not seen any higher staffs cleaning but just saying)
2)u can have meals ,breakfast and supper here .very neat and quality foods with non veg provided sometimes(one day/ week)
3)transport facility is provided to most of the parts of chennai
4)BSD staff and few incharge level staffs and line leader behaviour is gud
5)i will not say u can learn as much u can..but probably something about lamp manufacturing,defects and how to correct it .not in a programming level though
6)12 hrs shift (for moulding and coating ) but 10 hrs compulsory for other departments even 12 hrs sometimes.During night shift all department has 12 hrs (8pm to 8Am)
7)Be ready to play with the broom sticks and waste clothes..no matter who u r,u must clean ur workplace :))
8)U have no particular designation or particular line..they will shift r even change the department from quality to production and vice verse

I went back at eight o'clock to resume the company.There will be a sixty person.I'm going to resume at the back.Everyone in somebody has to resume all the resume.But that's why I did not come to my house, Cope with the cotton.Cutta at nine o'clock We go to a roommate.We are the same person who looked at the resume.When he started telling him all the rules, he said 12 hours ago and he told him that he was talking about 9/15 after talking to the HR.He did not wait for it. We sat down in the place.When the hour was coming and no one was there I do not understand the meaning of the law.It's very nice to say that we are going to do it.It is still a month.

I beg u all.please don't go and work in this company.Im 2018 passed out.I got selected here in college campus.1st one week in basic skill development(BSD) we feel so happy.After this,they will treat u as a buffalo.12 hours continous work,but u should stay nearly 15hours daily in that company.I can't stand and work for continous 12hrs.My health affected bad.So, After 3 months i resigned my job and Came out.If u work here,Ur life will become ?????.....My advise is ""PLEASE DON'T LOSE YOUR LIFE IN THIS COMPANY"".

Very worst company one of my friend worked in that company they treat workers as slaves . There is no improvement in our career. They just want low pay slaves. Thats why they recruit . You have to work for 8 hours a day even up to 12 hrs. The worst thing is you cant even leave for your personal calls . Line leader's behaviour is that much bad . The last thing is how can a skilled BE graduate work as a slave there think of it before choosing carrier there ......

Please don't work in this company.. world's one of the worst companies I have ever seen..they treat all the workers like a dog..no use in working in this company,you just need to assemble and fit the parts,you can't develop your technical skills or upgrade your knowledge.. if you entered..you are one of the labours who works like a robot standing 12 hours and you have to work like a donkey for very low salary(9.5k/month)...my legs got pained after working 1 week onwards.. then even after leaving the company.. the leg pain remained for 5 months..the staff don't encourage you..oh my god..what a worst company??..

One of the worst company I have ever seen because of 12 hours compulsory, trainers behaviour irresponsible, they have treated us horsely, employees cannot expect leave and that cause more of trainees working maximum 1 month and after they are leaving from where. When I go to interview, I have awaited too long, no one carry for us. One of the most important thing is if you are in fever or some health issues ,they don't care about you. Their policy is work 1st safety next. So Don't go to that company.One staff I think he is an irritating idiot, he knows I am in a health issue, moreover he ask me questions above questions above questions why u are not inform me , I contact I'd card mentioned HR number , I don't need to inform you" mind it. So friends I had say in my experience.

This is the worst company I have ever seen, you should spend (6. 45am to 9pm) nearly 15 hours, this is 12 hours company but giving salary for 11hous 30 mins. Otherwise this is a good place to work, if you want to lose your weight means this is perfect place.

Worst company ever seen. Treating engineers like slaves. Working hours is 12 hours per day and no accomodations are provided. Very cheap company trying to exploit the hard work of employees. Please don't join this company. Zero career growth. These kind of companies exploit the unemployment prevailing in the field and earn high profits with zero concern to employees.
