Ngoc Nguyen was great! I love her approach. I accidentally went to her thinking she specialized in hand surgery and she helped me with other things and gave me a referral for a hand surgeon. Now I have a new doctor!
My husband and I both agree that this Medical Facility is very unprofessional and lack medical knowledge. We highly do not recommend this Medical Facility . We first gave a 5 star rating . The further we got with this group, their " True Colors" were revealed . I was personally shocked at their demeanour and being called " Sweetheart " by one if the staff members was appalling . We will be contacting AMA regarding other issue's regarding this facility.
I need an appointment. After going on hold for 10 minutes, I choose for them to call me back. After several hours, they called no appointment till march my prescription needs refilled now they will not refill. The dr will not answer email tge nurse answered said to call for appointment. I tried no luck
Since Dr Webb left I guess I have to find another dr. I had been with Dr. WEBB for over 12 years.
I'm a new patient at skylyn medical. Was greeted by a very friendly staff. Dr Webb was prompt,very polite and very knowledgeable.
The best PCP I have ever had is Dr. Nguyen, she has listened and been compassionate through my entire dilemma. Has gone absolutely above and beyond, my husband and I are both patients, our phone calls are returned promptly by the medical assistant's, everyone is super nice, the office is clean and she has helped us both tremendously for different issues. Our office charge is based upon my insurance, so as far as that goes I can't comment on because I'm satisfied with my charge.
Unprofessional and lack medical knowledge. I left them a bad review through the survey explaining how I wasn t treated professionally or treated properly. I also spoke to the doctor personally about my concern on the phone. I was not rude. I was straight forward and was in my right to make a complaint and told her I will not be coming anymore to the practice. In order to save themselves from their higher bosses they then send me a certified letter of termination of services when I already told them I will not be coming back. They retaliated against me because I said I wasn t going back. Do not trust this practice.
I went to see Dr. Wheeler. She was SO sweet. She was super understanding, and explained things in an understanding manner. It felt as if she was one of my friends, that's how comforting she was. I never once felt judged. I get kind of anxious with new doctors but she made that fear go away really quickly. I'm glad I chose Skylyn Medical.
Don't go to this medical office. Over charge for visit. Will not return calls. Three separate occasions placed call and it was not returned. Doctor Nguyen spent 30 min with me, 25 of which were spent looking up medications on the computer. In over 30 years of doctor's visits have never had such a poor interaction. Overcharged for visit. When I called to discuss the issue was told doctors don't take calls. BOTTOM LINE, IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD.
Delightful, friendly staff. Generally caring Physicians, Assistants, Nurse's, RN's, ect... most times, there's little/none wait time between being called back and getting seen by the Doctor.
Staff is not concerned with helping people. Nobody answers the phone and you can never get an appointment without waiting 2 weeks. Dr. Wheeler is great but needs to clean house with staff!
